The truth is we are shipping anywhere between 0.5 to 1k packages daily depending on the time of the year. Telling you from experience there is zero chance to make everyone happy. Or you can be a cool smaller scale supplier for a year or two max. Just a fact. Be it payments, shipping or product itself. It's not possible to process such volumes of WUs without hiccups. When a hundred liter test e batch is sold someone will always complain no matter what brand it was. A few cases you see here and there is nothing, it's less then 0.1% or you would see hundreds and thousands of people posting.

Anyways, as I said it's cool that we all have a choice these days. Take a look around and see how many labs come and go though. We are in this for over 10 years for a reason, our customers are always taken care of no matter what and that's the main reason they are coming back.

Fuck the shipping, security, delays, selective lab tests, and all the other bullshit they are constantly defending. If the products were 100% legit, and I don't even mean pharmaceutical, all of the rest would not matter and ALL customers would return again and again, but only the suckers return. It has always been this way but much worse in the last year or two. There is a reason their status and customers confidence has gone to shit. I would bet they wont be around another 10 or even 5.

I will say again, you have 0 proof they have ever screwed someone on purpose/selective scammed... with how vocal people with bad opinions are, they'd know that all the bad publicity would negate any benefit of stealing a few hundred bucks. Plus, there has always been a refund or replacement option. I don't know what more you can expect from a drug dealer.

I was one of those affected, I was denied a refund every step of the way.

Unfortunately naps will be around a very long time. They have their niche. They are everywhere. Noobs are their bread and butter. New guys log on to the net for the first time every day and naps finds them. Naps is a monster. With reps and shills on major public boards protecting and pushing them, they will be around a long time. They've been around pretty much since the beginning. They have a marketing formula that works.

Please dont ever twist my words. Your formula is misdirection, shills and reps making fake positive posts to outnumber negative posts roughly 4 to 1, offering discounts for only positive reviews(should be offered for ALL reviews) and editing and deleting negative posts at boards where you pay to advertise and are protected by staff there or you...naps employees have moderator privileges to edit and delete posts in your own threads.
If test results are from products sent in anonymously by your customers I'll look at them. If they are results posted by naps themselves and we are to take your word they are truth they mean nothing. You all haven't earned that type of trust and you know it.
You all have turned out decent products but also way more than your share of shit products and shit service. You have proven you have no desire to change and that your bottom line is all that matters....the health and happiness of your customers will always take a backseat to profits.

DA Fuck lol what language is this? I personally have only called Naps on actual facts. You sold fake or under dosed pharm amps had people's info exposed and told Meso members to "get over it".
