Need help with my training routine

So, where does the science say you've rested too much? Is 5 minutes too much? 2.5 minutes? Does the same down time apply when you have 5 years of training under your belt? 6 months of training? 10 years of training? What about if you're body building vs powerlifting? Please, teach us wise one!

Stop dealing with finite conclusions. Science is malleable based on all factors considered, which you arent looking at everything. You're seeing what you want to see.

your the one spamming my training routine thread thinking you know best, thinking you know more than the experts.

No, you're not posting anything other than slack jawed nonsense. You will snap someone's jaw with lightning speed but your body can hardly handle a slow/medium paced workout? Lol at you. You make claims about what most men can handle in the gym, yet most men here are laughing at you because you're wrong. You ask about a machine in the gym and when given your answer, you debate it like they're incorrect. I could go on all day with your slop but what I would rather do, and have the flexibility to do, is haunt you all day long. You are a clown and I'm about 1 minutes away from trolling you non stop. Either keep your retarded questions in your training thread and stop spamming Meso or you can expect another level of attention, which you arent going to appreciate.

I have a personel trainer now and even he said to rest 3-5 minutes for heavy compound lifts such as bench, squats and dead lifts,so I will follow the experts advice thank you very much.
