need real advice on first cycle

Hey I'm new to this whole forum thing but it seems like the only place to get real advice. I'm 25 years old been lifting for about 5 years now and my diet has been 100 percent clean with no cheat days, I get super obsessive about my food and I've been hitting the gym hard sometimes twice a day, I've experimented with a lot of natural supplements and I feel I'm at a point where my body just can't change anymore, I've been doing my research and I don't want to get crazy big I just want a small boost which is why I just want to do an anavar cycle, I feel it's just enough for me personally, I want to look more like captain America than the hulk lol but any advice on first cycle experiences would be great thanks
 
Stats? 5 years of lifting, twice a day, 100% on diet... You should be jacked.. Lol

And never do an oral only cycle.... Especially as your first one..

What's your stats height,weight shoe size you know the important stuff .

I'm 6'2 I fluctuate between 170 and 180 the most I got when I bulked was 199 and the lowest when I cut was 162 and yeah I get the whole injection vs oral and I understand injections are more potent and do less damage to the liver but I also know anavar isn't as toxic as other orals and I prefer to just pop and go, I don't want to take like super high doses either I'm more just looking. For a little push or to see how I react first, I originally just wanted primo but after looking around I've noticed it's super rare to have good primo

You did research and somehow think an Oral only cycle is advisable?

Dude.

You don't need steroids. You need more food. A LOT more. You aren't anywhere near your natural potential even if you are at 5% BF right now.

This is why you aren't growing and steroids won't fix it. Know why?

There are no calories in steroids.

Well I figured if I took something a little more mild as my first cycle it would be easier for me to judge how I'll feel but besides the toxicity to the liver are there any other reasons orals are bad for your first cycle? Cause from what I've read that's the only real negative

The benefits of the anavar will not outweigh shutting down your natural production of testosterone. You have not done near enough research if you think an oral only is the best route to go.

I know several people who are 5'6" and weigh just as much as you and have never taken any drugs. You need to learn the art of force feeding and then do some research on a 12 week 500mg test e/c cycle.
 
So this is me now but here's my dilemma, I used to be like super fat and dropped about 80 pounds started lifting and eating clean and stuff but I'm prone to storing fat so when I start eating a lot like more carbs and stuff I loose definition easily but when I cut I get shredded but I loose size like crazy and my strength goes wayyy down and now I get maybe changing my diet but I really want like a hardness in my muscle that I've never been able to really get along with size and strength IMG_1466.JPG
 
@olmocean you can not be hard and cut and bulk at the same time. It's one or the other. I promise you, you'll be much more satisfied once you get through bulking up and then cut down the fat. You'll realize what you're capable of looking like and will continue to want to bulk up for size.
 
Sooooo.... Manipulate your carb intake so you can control your fat gain... Eat high protein... You are not ready for steroids if you don't have your nutrition down. You'll just lose anything you gain... If you gain at all...

You need to read and learn...

Thanks for the advice, Ill definitely think about it more, I just hate like busting my ass, I take pride in how hard I work and my discipline with what I eat and like I still can't get the size I want but thanks man

If you're not gaining just add 500cal watch the scale for a week and if it doesn't move add another 500cal. So on and so on.

Alright so at what point would you say a person is ready to cycle? Cause personally I believe that I'm ready it's like the one avenue I haven't tried and I didn't want to for awhile but everyone's gotta start somewhere

The main reason people will say you're not ready is because
1. you won't be able to eat enough to gain hence you're only 170-180 and have been working out for years.
2. Whatever muscle you do gain you won't be able to feed properly to hold onto without the use of drugs.

You have a long road ahead before reaching your genetic potential, your body is very much capable of building and maintaining a lot more muscle without AAS use and the risk that come with it.

Show us and yourself you're capable of putting on quality mass with only diet and then you're ready to throw something else in the mix.
 
ill give that a shot, I've never went so much on calorie intake as much as I have been more adamant with what I actually eat and keeping an eye on my macros, like making sure I'm eating grilled chicken breast, I don't even add sauce or seasoning, white rice with broccoli and making sure I'm not eating a lot of fat or sugar as opposed to just focusing on calories

calories will make or break you on determining whether or not you lose or gain weight. Personally I dirty bulk and eat anything and worry about fat later. I can lose it easier than gaining it so I don't worry much about fat as long as the muscle comes along with it.
