need real advice on first cycle

ill give that a shot, I've never went so much on calorie intake as much as I have been more adamant with what I actually eat and keeping an eye on my macros, like making sure I'm eating grilled chicken breast, I don't even add sauce or seasoning, white rice with broccoli and making sure I'm not eating a lot of fat or sugar as opposed to just focusing on calories

Do you have a good source , if you decide to go on cycle which I think you already are make sure that least to have good test for 8 weeks grab some novaldex and then worry about an oral make sure you got pins and blood work before and after , I know at my gym there all banging gear even the chicks it's like night and day to put a 20year old natural on gear and look at a guy not on , I'm not saying or promoting anything but don't fuck around do it right or don't do it all but it's still your gig just remember not to ever tell a soul you running gear

There is a lot missing from this advice so if you do decide to start make sure you understand there's different esters of test and read up on a proper PCT and be responsible and get bloods pre, mid, and post.

nah bro I have stretch marks trust me, I have them all down my side it's just hard to see, cause they aren't as dark anymore but nah I hate sweet potato, I love rice I mean I even eat white rice and drop like two cans of straight white tuna on it dry lol I say the cleaner the better but I'm also not that big on sauces and I only drink water, I haven't drank soda since 2011, I feel like calories shouldn't come from my drinks so I just prefer water lol plus it helps flush my liver and stuff so win win I guess

I'm like, talking about like, weight gainer shakes and stuff. It's like totally a win win. Since like you get calories, and like you can mix it with water! Like no soda involved whatsoever.
 
OP, the others gave you all the advice I would have and more.

You have a good but very small physique. I understand the reluctance to even edge back towards fat after being fat, but to gain muscle, you will need to titrate those calories up good sir...
 
Don't ride the needle fairy unless your prepared for the consequences. Being big is all fun and games until you lose your libido and suffer from depression at the same time! :)
 
How do you lift? I'm not seeing 5 years and a 100% spot on diet reflecting by your physique.
I basically do a lot of isolation so I can focus more on each body part fully then if I do a two a day I'll do a body part that compliments what I worked out that morning
No kidding. I'm not even that big (6' 225ish) and finding anything that fits my proportions is a huge pain. Nice pants or jeans? Sorry, your thighs are too big. Dress shirt? Nope, unless you get one two sizes too big... then it looks like ass.

The struggle is real.
lol it's a struggle I'd like to have tho just saying, but my goal isn't to get massively big but more of an aesthetic body, captain America not the hulk....even tho the hulk is my favorite lol go figure
 
You are lean & you are lean. You have the build of a classic hard gainer. I'd freaking eat steaks & potatoes like it was my job if I had your frame (like 24/7).
Just me perhaps, but you would benefit far more from many many more calories than gear at your age and size.

If you MUST do gear, for the love of God, add some test in w the Var...I recommend not doing it though

You don't get big by accident. No worries there. A simple testosterone cycle with 500 -600 mg a week for 12-14 weeks. If you want to stay lean testosterone and masteron 400 mg each.

Yeah I definitely believe I have that base but I like the idea of primo instead of masteron, I just primo is more expensive and harder to get lol

I like Primo better also. Price-wise it is not worth the difference in cost unless you have money to burn.
