ill give that a shot, I've never went so much on calorie intake as much as I have been more adamant with what I actually eat and keeping an eye on my macros, like making sure I'm eating grilled chicken breast, I don't even add sauce or seasoning, white rice with broccoli and making sure I'm not eating a lot of fat or sugar as opposed to just focusing on calories

Wtf? You don't add any fucking seasoning to your chicken? Jesus Christ. No wonder you don't gain weight. You're choking down rubber. Try mashed potatoes. Whole lot easier for me to eat more seeet potato that than it is rice.
You've tried every avenue of approach? Ever tried drinking calories?
