Pretty sure we only asked for picture for the introduction, it's been many months, I could probably navigate myself blindfolded in there at this point.

I mean it's nice you have an actual lab, much appreciated that we got to take a look, but I genuinely don't care anymore. It's needed to have proof of sterile, high-quality stuff, we don't actually care about your lab.

In our opinion, quality testing and keep sterile is not a problem if a client can buy APIs from us ,that is some basic issues. Now we rarely supply finished vials directly to final user.
