I've gained a wealth of knowledge/information viewing posts on MR and feel it's time to join in with my own participation. Thank you all for sometimes being a voice of reason and advisor.
Now that I'm 42, it's been over two decades of pumping iron and I hope to continue for another two decades. I feel age is just a number and not an excuse!
