Alright guys/ladies so this is some of my progress var only at 10 mg a day. Did about 6 weeks . Ran geneza pharm had an amazing experience with them... no side effects besides headaches my first week but other than that I had sick pumps through every workout . If a female has any questions about it no hesitation . I'm always around the forums here
