Hey Guys whats up, i am new to meso and fairly new to lifting hardcore, i boxed and done Mixed Martial Arts for over 8 years, so i lifted often but not as i do now, i lost interest in boxing and such
and about a year ago found myself in a gym 7 days a week, got hurt and have been back in the gym the past 6 months, will be second cycle

im 5'11
weight= 235

not really sure what all to add to an introduction
