Ive lurked here over a the last few years but didn't have a reason to sign up until now.

Im want to lose about 25-30lbs of fat. Normally I would burn the fat with cardio but my Achilles got messed early this year and might require surgery to fix. I can still lift but any moderate cardio basically ends in pain. Ive been stuck with elliptical which blows and have adjusted my diet slightly to make up for the lesser cardio. Progression has been slow so im looking for decent fat burner recommendations for now to help assist things.
 
I would include the speed and heavy bags as a good alternative to leg-intensive high intensity activities.
 
Welcome to Meso man. I recommend a steady diet consisting of meth & rock. One month every day , you'll look like a new man/bone rack. :eek: Jk ;) High intensity like mentioned...bike, run (hills or stairs) or swim many laps. Hitting the steam and sauna after cardio always helps me cut a little extra too. GL
 
First thing you have to do is get your diet in check. If you can't do a cardio standing, try the row machine. Good luck and welcome
