Did some back and biceps tonight not a ton of weight just super sets and reps. Felt like in getting bigger and leaner little by little. I've been training a little less often and trying to go for a quality over quantity type of deal because working 12.5 hour shifts and trying to train everyday was kinda killing my brain. So I've been training 5 days a week or so instead of 7 actually feeling better and stronger from it to

Getting stupid veiny. Hardly could train past week or week and half had a terrible sinus infection that went untreated and got in my lungs have me bronchidus and about have me nimonia. Benched 275 for 15 clean reps other day geting stronger even though I can't eat or train like I want to right now

My muscle bellies are looking so round it's insane. Everyday I feel like I look a little better and I'm just now getting to take advantage and actually get to train and eat.
Went to hit back and arms today but had to go to a gym I don't care to train at so much so I just did arms instead.

Push downs/rope down superset max stack and 80 on rope 4 sets
One arm db tri ext/reverse grip skull crusher superset 40 lb db 70 lb bar 4x12-15
Vbar push downs max stack/bench dips 3 sets
One set db skull crushers

Hammer curls with bar 95 lb 4x 15-20
