New to this game. Setting up my first cycle. Any help appreciated.

Hello guys,

I am currently thinking of undergoing my first cycle. I am currently 19 years old, going to be 20 in September. Been lifting for approx 3 years now.
My stats are:
172 cm talls - ~74kg - ~12%bodyfat.
My lifts are:
180kg deadlift x 1 rep
120kg bench press x 3 reps
140kg squat x 5 reps

My diet is mostly clean. On a cut I would eat from 140-160grams of protein and up to 200grams of carbs. The only supplements I use are protein powder (if needed to fill up protein for the day) and preworkout.

I lift 5 times a week, I either do basic bro splits(Mon:chest - Tue: Legs etc.) or I train each body part 3 times in 9 weeks ( This custom program made by me).

For my first cycle I dont want anything crazy, really small dosages to just see how my body reacts, boost a tiny bit my gains and maybe help me cut. I was thinking of doing 200mg/week test e for 6 weeks but I am not so sure about what to use to help me cut down some bf%. I dont want to do anything too crazy, I read up people usually go for 500mg/week for first cycles but I want to take things slow. Any thoughts? Also basic run down on this game in general, im new to steroids, needles, etc etc, so if anybody can give me advice on how to know if the test I am getting is legit or stuff like that. Also info about PCT. In general a basic guide for a newbie haha.

Start reading pal. You are so far away from being ready to start this shit it's not even funny. Age 19 is too young to start and before you say it, 20 yrs old is too young too. The kind of questions you ask prove it.

Well thats why I am here, theres so much stuff about steroids on the web that I dont know what to believe and what is right or wrong. As I said I am just a newbie and id like some info to get started. I read stuff now and then online but as I dont have much time lately I just cant sit and research all day.
 
I'm not going to spoon feed you. I'm not even going to post the newbie guide because 19 is just too young imo. Best of luck.
