Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

Hit 220kg/485lb SLDL today, for reps which is the weight I wanted to get this to. However when coach reviewed it, he found I need to make some changes. My legs are too stiff/straight for the stiff leg, the last reps I do engage my back a bit and the weight is in torn hamstring territory so I need to rework this movement. I will be going back down to 4 plates per side and really making big pauses, and just slightly less knee bend than RDL so I don’t blow my leg out.
I will also be doing smaller intervals in my ramp, so I can really work on technique up the weights.

Higher average weight this week than before
Kept around 106.5kg 235lbs

Had a cheat meal for Christmas.
Nothing crazy. Was split between 4 adults and toddler

So plan is updated. Been holding 105-106.5kg steadily still, so small changes were made.

Adding another 25mg ment to stack (150mg per week)
Added carbs on high day and training day.

Will continue this push for 3-4 weeks, and then do a mini cut. The purpose is “to give the digestive system a break from the huge amounts of food”. Then after 2 weeks of mini cut I will continue to grow.

Carbs are 700-920g per gym days. So it’s higher than before but actually I feel really good about my digestion and it’s easy to eat everything now. So if I give my digestive system a break I am certain I will be able to push more food without any trouble and grow with less physical/psychological stress. Not having to force feed to get to my heaviest weight is really nice, and a new experience. Every other time I’ve bulked I have had to force feed, but now growing feels natural.


I will be traveling to America when I do my mini cut, so that will be good to have to spend less time eating/cooking (I have to cook better food when I eat large quantities so it is palatable) and more quality time with family.
 
After first pin with extra .25mg ment I’m up to 108.3kg/239

I’ve gained 16.1kg/35lbs

Now at all time heaviest and holding it easily, and no problem with food. Have not started force feeding at all, and actually I don’t expect I will need to force feed for a long time especially since I will do a mini cut to clean up the physique a bit.

Fasted morning: 109.1kg/ 240.5 lbs
During day: 112.2kg/245lbs

Training is going well. Feel like I respond well to the addition of ment. I have less body fat than last time I used 50mg, and have no gyno problems this time even though the gear is exactly the same. Very happy about this
Blood glucose is still fine.
Of course no problem with blood pressure.

Yes, those are my bread and butter for AAS when I want to gain weight. If I start to have problems with aromatization, I will only use test & EQ.

Other hormones include: t4, hgh (5iu), insulin (humalog and/or lantus depending on carb intake), and hcg (for fertility maintenance during long term AAS use)

For aromatization I take a little exemastane,
 
Still moving up, reflected on my lifts, and we have some progress since November (8 weeks). added 15kg for shoulder and chest compounds
Hamstrings have been growing a lot, added quite a bit on SLDL, curls went up about 10-15kg too. Leg press was wrapped, now matched with sleeves, so 40+kgs there. The belt squat also went up like 100kgs, but I’m not doing it much, pendulum moves much slower. 20kg added. Basically moves up 5x as slow other variations. Pendulum I can load less than back squat…. Arms still move up slow as hell, but I added 5kg -7.5kg on 2/3 of my single arm bicep variations. My triceps, and shoulders are about the same PER arm.
Abs I reduced load but I am much more mindful about pausing the work.

Lastly when I go back to America to visit, since I live in a state with some very good/well known trainers, so I figured I would see if I can get some training. I reached out to one’s staff about costs and they asked for pics/ training videos to show the trainer to see if he would consider training me. they said he will do a free session and talk about rates & further training after the first one.
Really thankful for the opportunity and hoping to learn some new things. even though I will be on vacation there, I still want to learn and get better at BB

Yes I’ve used Accutane a couple times.

At the worst I was taking 10mg Ed. it was very bad acne. I couldn’t tolerate more because it dried my joints severely and it made training painful.

After that round of Accutane my acne never has been as serious as it was.

For dealing with it now, if it occurs I use 10mg e3d.

Don’t buy tabs, buy gel capsules. I tried with UGL tablets but they were complete shit. Once I switched to pharmacy gel capsules it improved drastically.
 
Got a stomach virus this week. Lost a couple pounds. Didn’t miss any food though. Took a day off work, but still got to the gym. Was a real struggle. Terrible. Honestly had to fight the need to shit myself every set. I was damned lucky I got better by leg day.

Haven’t hack squatted in 8 weeks. Tried it today, got a top set of 340kg/750lbs for 6 paused, and good control.

Hey fellas, thanks for the tip. I've just ordered a few strips and see how I go with it. Will do 10mg/day as well i think.
 
Current physique at around 235
Lost a bit of weight, started to recomp with the same calories.

I’ve been very busy so my routine has been slightly not on, but I am still following programmed diet, training, PEDS. But my meal timings are off for sure.

I also worked with a trainer, and will do several more sessions with him before I return home. Had the most painful leg day of my life working with the guy, and learned that I can push myself even harder in training with some techniques and so on.

Looks like your holding your level of BF pretty well while the scale is climbing.

When are you back in the PRC?
