Long Off-Season to Classic D Class Weight Cap

Hit 220kg/485lb SLDL today, for reps which is the weight I wanted to get this to. However when coach reviewed it, he found I need to make some changes. My legs are too stiff/straight for the stiff leg, the last reps I do engage my back a bit and the weight is in torn hamstring territory so I need to rework this movement. I will be going back down to 4 plates per side and really making big pauses, and just slightly less knee bend than RDL so I don’t blow my leg out.
I will also be doing smaller intervals in my ramp, so I can really work on technique up the weights.

Higher average weight this week than before
Kept around 106.5kg 235lbs

Had a cheat meal for Christmas.
Nothing crazy. Was split between 4 adults and toddler

So plan is updated. Been holding 105-106.5kg steadily still, so small changes were made.

Adding another 25mg ment to stack (150mg per week)
Added carbs on high day and training day.

Will continue this push for 3-4 weeks, and then do a mini cut. The purpose is “to give the digestive system a break from the huge amounts of food”. Then after 2 weeks of mini cut I will continue to grow.

Carbs are 700-920g per gym days. So it’s higher than before but actually I feel really good about my digestion and it’s easy to eat everything now. So if I give my digestive system a break I am certain I will be able to push more food without any trouble and grow with less physical/psychological stress. Not having to force feed to get to my heaviest weight is really nice, and a new experience. Every other time I’ve bulked I have had to force feed, but now growing feels natural.


I will be traveling to America when I do my mini cut, so that will be good to have to spend less time eating/cooking (I have to cook better food when I eat large quantities so it is palatable) and more quality time with family.
 
After first pin with extra .25mg ment I’m up to 108.3kg/239
