Hi everyone,

I'm new to this. Looking for information on doing my first cycle. Been working out for year. I'm 46 , 5'7.5" 160lbs guesstimate 11 or 12 percent body fat. Started my journey at 185 lbs. Not looking to compete. Would like to put some bulk on . 1 cycle then come off that and recover and do a cut cycle. 2,8 week cycles . Looking to start my cycle in jan . To be cut for July.

I've been reading and it's a bit overwhelming where to start. So do I go for the max gains and hardest on my body or ease into it.

I'm looking to bench 230lb 1 rep mid Sept. No supplements.. .None. I'm in rehab lol and they won't even allow protein powder . The diet is not the best. I can't cook My own meals. Most of my protein comes from tuna.

All that aside. I'm nursing a shoulder injury . Ugh. Have to take time off in the gym. So thx for having me. I will use the search option to keep educating myself. If anybody has any advice or a direction to point me in. I thank you in advance.
 
I had someone sneak me in protein powder ..when they caufht me with it they let me have it but wanted to monitor my intake ...lol
 
No gear until everything else is on point! Focus on diet and training.
When that's dialed it keep it simple imo ease into the game. Plenty of time to experiment and gain. Gives you more to look forward to (for a later cycle) as well as keeping healthy!
 
Thx guys. I will be able to get my diet in check in Nov. I graduate TC .I know how important that is. You can't out work a bad diet. From personal experience. (I love chocolate). Dam yummy carbs.

How do you have internet access in a TC? Or shouldnt I ask??;)
