How long are you running? I did at week 15 (sorry, I mispoke earlier...I'm going into week 18). I check my BP regularly and I never get high bp. I run around 118/78 consistently. I just gave bc I do as a civic duty. I'd just keep an eye on it and go about week 10-12 unless you need to earlier.A ron, when do you think I should give blood? After I get labs done in like 2 weeks?

Nice you came a long way from that bloated fat mess you were last year...awesome work!Whew it's been a helluva hit week at work. I been killing it in the gym. I got a corticosteroid shot in my right shoulder joint on Monday.
I also been doing 2 miles of cardio a day, and that shit is tough after 9 hours sweating balls at work all day.
Very dry and grainy, muscles are fucking rock hard. I am looking shrink wrapped especially my midsection and shoulders
Vascularity is going over my entire body, it's like spiders webs of veins
