Nitrust Shredd'n Up, Leaning Out!

Definitely you are looking more vascular and the lighting shows it like a bas-relief. I hear you as crappy weather fucks with my mood and workout.

I think I posted the wrong back pic. I have no idea how to fucking pose and I think in struggling with the spread

Lots of moving parts in this cycle, but I get it, it's fun to play with new compounds. Enjoy.

You're not struggling with the spread. You need to double your back work. Ratio of pulls to pushes 2:1. Heavy rows. I see you don't deadlift or squat. That's a huge problem for back development. Solution - More rows, pull-ups/pulldowns. Until you puke. Then do more. My 0.02.

Good luck.

I do a alot of pullups. It's very very hard for me to go wide due to my shoulder being fucked up. I can't deadlift, it fucks me up every time. Matter of a fact, the sciatica that I have to live with on a daily basis is from deadlifting. I'll never do that ever again.

Squats I am trying to ease back into. I did them last week and my sciatica was on fire for 3 days it was fucking miserable. I'll get another back day and hit it twice a week.

You can get bye without deadlift no problemo imo
Squats are a necessity tho
Leg press doesnt get it done
Try front squats. Changed my quads and motivation permanently. No pain in my lower back any more

Sure . I can barely hold 225 for long in the front squat . The cradle just never gets comfortable . But others have no probs...

But I admit I havent devoted enough time to them...
It just sits on top of the upper pecs. Like it was made too or some thing. I still have back issues and i squat EOD on the DUP program. But the issues are minimal compared to what i used to deal with when i forced my back squats. The biggest issue to date is enduring days where reps are 8&10. I can maintain strength and form thru 5. So now i just switched every squat day to heavy 5's. Problem solved

Saw your video and you had no problem with that 315 , I like how you thru down the last rep . Your a beast Trukker and your legs are getting Tom Platz like ...

@Nitrust
Little bit late to this log.
I'm curios about EQ . You do pct so we are in the same boat.
Looking great man.

I was talking to
@A-a-Ron but he doesn't pct so he plays in a different way.
But for sure following this

Had to drop the superdrol today. Super duper lethargy. I feel like I don't want to do shit and I'm tired as shit all day.

I can't handle that, so I dropped it, but I only had like 3ml left so it's good.

Hoping the superdrol will clear quick

Also I added mast prop today

I'll disagree with this. I blew my legs up with just the leg press and machines when I wasn't able to squat. Sure, squats are best but you can still be quadzilla without them.

@Nitrust have you tried an inversion table for your sciatica? I assume you already do loads of core work

I myself have been doing trap bar deads as well as using a squat press machine due to lower back and knee issues which preclude me from doing regular squats. Certainly not getting any younger but I still soldier on!
