I'll disagree with this. I blew my legs up with just the leg press and machines when I wasn't able to squat. Sure, squats are best but you can still be quadzilla without them.

@Nitrust have you tried an inversion table for your sciatica? I assume you already do loads of core work

No I have not tried and inversion table. I don't know of anyone that has one and my gym definately dosent. I am staying away from any exercise that causes me pain. I cannot hurt all day, it's exhausting at work, especially when it's 100 degrees out and being in pain sucks even more.
 
Had to drop the superdrol today. Super duper lethargy. I feel like I don't want to do shit and I'm tired as shit all day.

I can't handle that, so I dropped it, but I only had like 3ml left so it's good.

Hoping the superdrol will clear quick

Also I added mast prop today


Its that bad you just couldn't finish the last 3ml?
 
Get gravity boots man they're like 40bucks and you can use em on any lifting bar. I broke my back pretty decently and need to use them after every heavy session these days or else my right arm stays numb due to nerve impingement. Works great and you can still do the best movements in lifting

The lethargy, yes. I have been saying for the last week that I was gonna come off but I'm like, shit there isn't much left, I'll just finish it. Nah, I don't want to.

I have mast and var still to use, and I haven't lifted in 3 days due to lethargy. Too fucking tired to move after work
 
I've been out of the gym for about 5 days. Work had me swamped plus I have had some serious foot pain in both feet

I can barely walk, went out got insoles. I got see my ortho tomorrow for shoulder injection and I'm gonna talk to him about the footpain

Other than that I feel and look amazing! I weighed 225 today, so I am 20 lbs heavier and it's been like 4 weeks on

Get shoes with memory foam insoles...those helped me a ton at work where I had to move around alot carrying heavy computer systems. The soles helped take a lot of pressure off my rather crappy knees so they are now in less pain.

You can get memory foam inserts for even gym shoes.

Expensive but worth it!

Gonna probably buy some running shoes for work and use gel insole in them otherwise my feet will be and issue

I plan on getting a brand new phone before this cycle is over hopefully I'll get good pics before this is all over base I look fucking insane

Just like me , up & down in weight depending on the season and the reason . My weight has my doctor so confused he thru his hands up : "You run your own weight mister , you wont listen to me". lol .

Now that you found your sweet spot as far as weight goes, things should be peachy keen for you. Feeling great is the greatest feeling.

Great job! I think youll start seeing some of the EQ kicking in about two more weeks. Your still another 5 or 6 from hitting the sweet spot. It's always at week 12 when I get up one morning and I'm saying my god! I just finished week 15 with my first week of tren. I know the tren is working because it starts getting in my head that I am starting to look like a freak and need to slow down....then I slap myself silly.
 
When I'm lifting my veins are crazy looking through my cheat shoulders traps and delts

Feeling much better since I dropped the SD and the mast and var are kicked in. I feel great
