I'm following Einsteins's diet i.e. I never mix carbs and fat in the same meal. But I have a few problems to plan it.
1) Fish's got fat, should I eat it only with fat, never with carbs.
2) oil in the last meal before going to bed, OK ?
3) Is soybean a good source of proteins ?
