No energy on a cut

Title says it all. I've been cutting, it's been great, but lately I have no energy. I push through workouts with double scoops of PWO, and beyond that, all I want to do is sleep.

What have you been using for stimulants, what are your stats, and how long have you been cutting?

What's your water intake, and vitamin and health supplement intake?
 
Personally I feel I have more energy with more carbs on a cut. So with your macros I would do something like,

250 protein
240 carb
50 fat

Then as long as I'm steadily losing weight, I'll throw in a refeed every 5 days. Which basically I would just eat and extra 50 grams of carbs and maybe 10 grams of fat.

I usually cut really slow too. I'll cut about 20 grams of carbs every week until either I get to my desired weight, or I feel like I'm starving. lol. At that point I just reverse diet to build back up my metabolism.

Depends on how lean you are now and how hard and long you've been cutting for. Without knowing anymore info, I'd say every 7-10days do a good refeed. You'll need to take in a lot of carbs these days. Drop fats a bit and eat at maintenance with carbs filling up the majority of your cals.
 
Is this an enhanced or natural cut? Also, what are your stats (height, weight, bf% estimate)? Answers to both would determine whether a 1 day refeed will do much of anything at this point.

Enhanced. 200mg tren wk/ 300 test, pretty simple. Right now Im 72 inches, 197ish, and @Docd187123 says about 12% bf, I trust his judgment.
 
I was going to ask what the circular cutout in the back of your shorts was for but I let my imagination answer that one...

Increase your carbs. Only 5% carbs have even a chance to convert to fat. And lower your fat to 60.


Carbs will not make you fat, only will make your muscles look Fuller.
