No muscle log

Hello my friends, I just want to make a log here, just for seeing the progress. I start with some general info today. I was first time at gym when i was 17y.o. but then i got some breaks.
Age: 28
Weight: 90Kg
Height: 178cm (something like that)


Currently I am on - 400mg TST E / week, 200mg Nandrolon Deca/ week, 100mg Oxymetholone / day, 1,5mg Anastrazole/ week

Eating: I will add later - I can just say 230P/360C/80F/ 3200Kcal

Training: Well, I do Push/Pull/Calves+ABS/Arms/Legs/2x rest > repeat - Yea so it is 5 workouts per week, and I do every evening10mins of cardio

My target is some competiton in bodybuilding next year spring. I add some photo and if you want to ask me. I will try to add some info every week.
 
I am about 22weeks off to competiton. Actualy I am 91,6Kg on saturday morning. I added 10mg of Anabol (methan). And yea, nothing has changed, And maybe it is all about, just do it same everyday.. :D
 
Nice structure man. Just keep doing what you're doing, consistency is key. Do you have coach or you work alone?

Thank you, I was looking for a coach, but I didnt find anyone. Do you know about anyone? Someone who would I talk about my cycle mainly, blood tests and maybe diet..

There are many around, i think some advanced members here do coaching as well. I'd suggest to hit a message on instagram to Luke Kolton.



He's a good guy and as nerd as it needs to be without losing his broscience approach. He seems very talkable and responsive, we've exchanged some DMs. I think you have nothing to lose by telling him what your needs are and what he's charging.

So this week I am at 91,3Kg, and I am raising food again, up to 3300Kcal and we will see. This is the last month I am bulking, so lets enjoy it.. :D I feel good, everything is ok. there is nothing i would complain about.. I will go get some blood tests in 2 weeks, it will be "funny" to see my liver tests while im on orals.. :D
 
I am at 92,7Kg this week, again raising a bit food.. It is two weeks left.. Then I will go 3weeks TST only.. Maybe I will add some HGH, Im thinking about 4ui..
 
Okey, here we go, another week is gone.. Saturday morning weight was 94,3Kg, and it is the end of bulking phase.. My evening weight was 100,2Kg, yea i was a bit pushing it up for fun.. :D So that was only the water.. Anyway, as I said bulking is over, i got only one week left, Im NOT raising food anymore. So I stick at 3350Kcal - 250P/393C/77F
