To answer your question the lady portrayed in my display picture, referred to as AVI, is laying on her back with her legs spread open and pulled to the back, the meaty portion that is visible under the head but unidentifiable is what we, in the bodybuilding community, refer to as hamstring.
I hope my brief explanation throws some light onto the mistery of FockU's misterious and deviant 'AVI'.
