It would be different of he were gone from Meso, banned or behind bars and unable to pitwntially sell to our members. But that's not the case.

Am I wrong in thinking that members still need to know that this member sent out a pack that was setup for, and executed on a CD?

Besides, if LE really IS/WAS watching him, they wouldn't be thrown off the trail by us hiding this thread, would they?

I see other members potentially getting caught up in a CD if we bury this thread, when they could have been warned.
Shouldn't we still be trying to protect the community from the scenario that prompted Ben to post this in the first place?

I understand your point, and I thought of this as well. However, I am just tired of having to constantly battle NP, that's why selfishly I want it to die. I know what happened, he sometimes appears to, and sometimes doesn't (which seems all kinds of fucky to me).

I have stated the facts, and they haven't/won't ever change:

NoPhat sent a CD (controlled delivery for those who are unfamiliar) to a personal friend of mine.

NoPhat then refused to discuss the issue in private. When addressed publicly he denied for a while, now for some reason seems willing to admit this.

My understanding is the feds are watching money sent to NP via WU, as I was presented with overwhelming evidence to reinforce this. I am uncomfortable going in to too much detail with this, as it can potential sharpen sights on myself and my friend. Some of my closer friends here, such as Ben, know much more.

NoPhat has publicly stated "crypted" things such as the above post @CensoredBoardsSuck found (where NP clearly states he has been involved in printing labels, and how it can help LE).

Overall, there are certain facts which cannot be denied. LE was aware of the contents of the pack, WITHOUT opening it first. This package was opened in front of my friend, and they were very certain what was in that pack already. How? You tell me. My money is that they were tracking all packs sent by this sender.

Any further questions, I will try and answer to the best of my ability (keeping in mind the safety of myself, my friend and even NoPhat).
