No Phat customers..be safe.

Okay, some clarity-

Thank you Ben for going out of your way to address this security concern. I can confirm a controlled delivery was delivered to a VERY close acquaintance of mine, a personal friend who I have known for years and is credible (in person, not over the internet).

This person ordered from NoPhat for their first time, and the DEA delivered an unopened pack. Thankfully, the pck was addressed to a fake name. This allowed the person to more or less have plausible deniability.

I do not wish to give anymore details as my friend still feels very vulnerable and wishes to remain safe.

NoPhat, he asks that you please don't reach out to him as he believes he is being watched, and doesn't want anyone to be at risk or furher incriminate himself. He doesn't want a refund and is glad to be safe. NoPhat, please make sure all info you might have is deleted as I genuinely believe you are being watched, as this pack was flagged.

I really wish I had more to say, but after speaking with close friends/members here, this is the best move for everyone.

Please keep in mind more details could potentially put everyone at higher risk, and we don't want that. I appreciate that the moment this happened my buddy called me and told me to clean house and warn everyone. He is a great person and doesn't want anyone hurt.

Be safe, and if you have further questions do not hesitate to PM me, but let's keep this shit off the public boards for everyone's safety, it wouldn't take much for LE to piece this together if more details are public.

The member who brought this to my attention is very credible. NP saying he didn't send out during the time frame isn't true. He should clean house and be cool. What else can be done.
The member at first asked me to keep the info to myself. He agreed with me that we couldn't sit on the info. It wouldn't be fair to not give folks the chance to clean house or do what they could to be as safe as possible. I hit brutus up, because that's what I do. I filled him in and then I contacted Millard. He thanked me and asked that I keep him informed.
I don't stand to gain anything and I'm comfortable with my actions in a very uncomfortable situation. I sincerely hope nobody gets hit. Anyone who thinks I feel otherwise is one dumb fuck.

I was going to make a smart a55 comment regarding Taco Bell and Lavada but this has gotten serious. Be safe, incarceration, legal fees, etc...are not worth no amount of AAS.

More or less I like to joke around with friends here too, this is one of those times where we need to take a step back and evaluate our safety. I am glad that my buddy didn't end up in the cuffs, nor has anyone from what I know....

This shouldn't be a question in anyone's mind. To believe you are safe from LE prying into your encrypted emails or websites you would have to be delusional.

LE/Gov't wrote the book on this stuff during the cold war. There is no where to hide now. Don't fool yourself. Be discreet as possible and do not believe no one is NOT reading your shit.
 
In light of WP's post, it now seems clear that Nophat is under investigation so it would be prudent for his customers clean house. Don't assume NP deleted your info, it's not worth the risk. Get rid of anything incriminating. Nophat himself should clean house too because it sure sounds like LE is gathering evidence and a bust is forthcoming.

Even if NP is not actually under investigation everyone should assume he is and stay safe and clean house.
 
I hope the younger newer members read this thread, maybe they will realize its not a great idea to post " i just ordered from so and so and pack should be here on this date"
Many times when i quote them and say TMI they often times say " Oh LE isnt gonna go out of their way for just me" well guess what? They do whatever the fuck they want!!! And yes they will go after little ol you.

I couldn't agree more. As I told NP, he needs to protect himself, his family and his "customers" and do the right thing. Better to be safe than sorry. Lie low and stay out of trouble.
