I have recently been learning about Anavar oxandrolone and it looks like it would help me dramatically with my fitness and sport (Soccer) the only other one friends have told me about is winstrol, I have a trusted doctor and just need some advice on what would the best thing to ask for.

my main goal is to not lose my muscle while low body fat and water retention any help would be much appreciated :)

175cm

75kg

15% bodyfat

You have a trusted doctor so you are asking a bunch of people you don't know on the Internet for advice? Hmmm....

Your goal?

Why surprise, surprise, surprise, that's everyone's goal.

However the way to get there is thru diet and exercise not Var, bc in the absence of the the former Var will make little difference except shut down your HTPA.

I understand diet and training comes first what would you recommend for my sport?

advice? read, read, read... the smart ones here (me included) read their asses off before asking one single question. ask yourself.... do you want to be smart? i think i knew more than most people before i even asked one question or even decided to cycle. it is your body and your health. know what your doing before you do it. you know what a good first question is? hey bros, what is some good material to read about aas? somewhere i can read no nonsense bullshit about how it will affect me? serious stuff here. take it serious. but don't listen to me. i'm 8 beers deep and loving it. about to take the dog for a walk and flex at some of the gangstas in the hood, lol. maybe start some trouble. think i'll listen to some cypress hill first.... you want trouble?

I think the best PED you could use is a solid meal plan being 75kg playing soccer and 15% BF. Sound like you're in highschool too.

TLDR? Don't cycle bruh

Sounds like a good night. "Trouble on the line, all the fucking time"

And ya bud u need to read more. Don't just listen to what u hear from your bros

You are small broski no offence stating the obvious in this world. You can improve your athletic ability and lower your body fat with diet and proper nutrition right now better then any AAS. I'm guessin you are between 17-21 and haven't done your compound lifts very much. Squat, deadlift and powerclean are gonna be your bread and butter if you want to be better at soccer.

Starting AAS isn't going to be worthwhile UNLESS you are training to improve specific qualities that will carryover onto the field, and it might not even be necessary depending on where you are at in your development as an athlete. What kind of work are you doing besides playing the sport to improve your performance and athletic capabilities?

3 days a week training with team 6mile runs on the off days and train at the gym in the mornings

Not bad. I wasn't expecting that lol.

PED's could be beneficial but it might not be necessary at all really.

Your body composition indicates you still have plenty of progress to make to the point where AAS isn't necessary. Obviously going up in scale weight dramatically might not be ideal for your sport but like I said - your body composition has plenty of room to improve, even if you want to stay at the same bodyweight.

The advantage to improving body composition isn't just being more aesthetic but rather you will have more muscle which will help with getting stronger and this is beneficial because getting stronger will improve performance.

That being said, strength in the gym is the measure I would personally use to determine if AAS would be ideal for an athlete playing sports - if you have a lot of room to get stronger still without drugs then do not bother.

What do your gym sessions look like? How is progress in the gym, and where are you at currently strength wise in your lifts?

So far it seems you have room to make progress without PED's. Get stronger at your lifts and performance on the field will improve and so will body composition at the same time. That is my recommendation for now, personally I wouldn't bother with AAS.

bicep curls like 16kg each dumbbell 4 sets 10
Benchpress 40kg drop 5kg each set 4sets 10
shoulder 20kg 4 sets 10

and my age is 19 have been lifting since i was 16 i feel i might be at my genetic limitation tbh

90lb bench and you're at your genetic potential.....sounds about right.

OP is obviously trolling but I'm sure my earlier advice will be useful for someone else.
