Noob needs advice Anavar

in all honesty there are ways to do certain things. there is a cycle for just about anything. but the simple fact of the matter is... you should definitely understand what your doing to your body because it is YOUR body. man, read and understand. if your playing soccer for fun and want to get better than your friends that's a hell of a lot different than do a sport professionally and taking risks (health) for benefits.
bicep curls like 16kg each dumbbell 4 sets 10
Benchpress 40kg drop 5kg each set 4sets 10
shoulder 20kg 4 sets 10

and my age is 19 have been lifting since i was 16 i feel i might be at my genetic limitation tbh
Whats this in english?

Playing at a pro level is what i would love to do instead of playing this for fun..

At 19 you are too late bro you don't have the talent I'm sorry and no PED will change that. Also at 19 you should take no PED. And for someone you height your genetic potential is between 180-190lb at 8-9%bf so you ain't there

Well my goal is to have endurance and little muscle not turn into Arnold.

Endurance won't improve dramatically just by running some gear if you aren't working to improve it.

If this is how you've been lifting then switching to a proper strength routine for sports will give you a fuck load more muscle then if you wasted money on some gear while doing the same stuff you're doing now. Your performance will improve dramatically as well and there will be carryover onto the field.

Not only is this option more effective, it doesn't cost anything either.....

I have recently been learning about Anavar oxandrolone and it looks like it would help me dramatically with my fitness and sport (Soccer) the only other one friends have told me about is winstrol, I have a trusted doctor and just need some advice on what would the best thing to ask for.

my main goal is to not lose my muscle while low body fat and water retention any help would be much appreciated :)

175cm

75kg

15% bodyfat

Look into how elite soccer players train and diet

There is a lot of info if you search

AAS might actually be counterproductive (other than mess you up)

Honestly, if you're set on using something I would look at:

GW501516 and Ostarine
https://www.cem-meso.com/ancillaries/sarms/liquid-osta-30ml-25mg-ml.html

GW is good for endurance and Ostarine would help with giving you a little more muscle and strength.

Or close to it, and I'd bet Vegas on it!

And NO PHYSICIAN that wants to remain licensed would prescribe an AAS as a PED, under such circumstances!
Notice his stats are metric... Possible that he's in a country where this is commonplace... Either way, he seems far too young to be considering AAS/PEDs.
