Not fully recovered after 3 months post pct - need advice

Pre cycle numbers:
LH 7.0
FSH 3.4
Testosterone - 630
Estradiol - 19

3 months after pct:
LH 2.8
FSH 2.4
Testosterone - 454
Estradiol - 38

Can anyone explain to me why my lh and fsh are so much lower and why my estradiol skyrocketed compared to before? Pct was nolva at 20mg a day for 6 weeks. Any advice would be great as to how I should go about getting my test levels back up. Thanks!

For measuring Testosterone there is a big difference if done right:

-Extract blood between 7.00 and 8.00 AM
-Deep sleep 8-10 hours previously

Not everyone fully recovers. How long did you wait between cycle end and start of pct?
Im only 22 and my lh went from 7 to 2.4 which tells me im not signaling as strong as I was before for some reason. Also my estrogen doubled from 19 to 38.

Its hard to tell without SHBG or free test numbers. Your free test or SHBG numbers might tell a different story. If that E2 test wasn’t a specific sensitive test then those numbers are useless. I don’t know if hcg would help much at this point but definitely more testing needs to be done in another 3 months.

This was only after 1 cycle?

I ran a 8 week cycle of test e a year ago and recovered fine. This tine I made a dumbass mistake and added trestolone in for the last 8 weeks. Total cycle length was 20 weeks. 500mg test c 12 weeks , dropped test c down to 200mg and added 20mg trest e.d. Although trestolone is supressive its supposed to be easier to recover from than even testosterone according to the study I had read.

With lh being as low as it is compared to before, is it possible pct didnt work properly? However, I feel like my t levels would be a lot lower if pct didn’t work.

Search on here for "power pct". Your's was a little quick and weak.
Considering my test levels are back to 450 is it even worth it to use hcg and other serms? Or would giving it more time be better suited for my situation?

Try searching for the power pct and reading up on it. I think you'll find a lot of useful info.
Not familiar with this exact protocol but I would think that blasting clomid for a month at 50mg a day would get his test levels back up higher than they are.

Either way, I would definitely do another pct and see if things don't improve.

And I agree that using just 20mg of nolvadex is kind of a weak protocol.

Edit: I would have waited for 3-4 weeks before starting your pct.

All i have on hand is nolva right now, is there something different that clomid does? Should I just re do pct on nolva? My body is clearly starting to produce t again since my levels are at 450 so I figured just waiting longer should bring them up? Or am I mistaken?

Your right, just waiting might bring them up. These “power pct” and adding strong side effect ridden drugs like clomid, I doubt will do much at the point where your at in your journey.

The real issue is the 20 week trestolone cycle. I have preached on this forum about how trest will mess with fertility and is really bad if you pct. HCG might help but truly nothing beats gold ol time. Good luck!

The reason I havent gotten hcg yet is because hcg is suppressive on its own. Nolva and clomid stimulate lh and fsh which is what is low with me currently. Would you re do pct with nolvadex or just wait it out?

Id personally hop back on nolva.

However i should state my bias, i have in the past run SERMs even in the absence of any cycle for many months straight. Why? To achieve supraphysiological testosterone levels. I ended up with 1800 total test just using clomid. Im actually surprised more guys arent bridging between cycles with SERMs the entire time they are off cycle. Its not something you hear about guys doing.

So with that said, i dont see much reason to not hop back on nolva @ 20mg/ed for many months if so desired.

Oh and to add, i wouldnt use HCG now, as you said its supressive so its best utilized either intra-cycle or immediately after cycle.

Good ol' MENT suppression... "less suppressive than test" they said.
