Hi guys, i am planning on running a peptide cycle in the next week or two and was looking for some final touches on it. My stats: 198lbs, just over 6ft, low BF% (i dont trust the ways of measuring it but i am not even nearly fat) been in and out of gym for 4 years now. I have done one AAS cycle previously about 4-5 months ago now, it was a basic 300mg Test C only for 10 weeks cycle. Anyway i am staying off the AAS for a while because i believe peptides and insulin can help increase my muscle cell count a lot more before i hop back on the AAS. I have done A LOT of researching for the past 3-4 years and watched all of these new peptides and methods of muscle growth come out, i am very onboard with insulin and peptides. My insulin is novorapid 3ml pen, 300 iu fast acting insulin, peptides are GHRP-6 (mainly for lesser adrenocorticotropic releasing hormone and the other sides and also for the hunger it gives - hopefully) and ofc CJC-1295 (no dac).
this was my protocol idea:
Morning: 100mcg GHRP-6 pinned as soon as i wake
1000+ cal meal straight after
straight after this meal (about 30-45mins after GHRP-6): 5iu novorapid
40g carbs 50g protein shake after this
immediately Post workout: 150mcg GHRP-6 & 100mcg CJC-1295
1000+ cal meal after this
straight after this meal (30-45mins later): 10iu novorapid
80g carbs 60g protein
plan was to run the first month without the insulin and the second month with the insulin. yes i know there is no CJC in morning shot that is purely to save money as am on a tight budget but for the second month i may add the CJC in the protocol for the morning, also the insulin i will taper from 3iu upward (1iu added every day). I am looking for someone elses eye to critique this as i know that insulin is dangerous if done wrongly, and am wondering, also, what is the equivalent GH release from peptides versus exogenous GH and does it create the same or similar IGF tail?
Thanks guys, i know insulin is probably not recommended for people who have minimal experience with it but i really was hoping to actually experience the synergistic nature of these two compounds. In case you didnt read all of it, i am not on AAS currently. I have read A LOT on these so i know exactly how they work biologically.
Looking forward to the critiquing, thanks in advance
