Nutpuncher's Log: Searching for fountain of youth

Its been nearly a months since I posted. I've been so busy with work, life and caring for my plants which once again, I have too many. I just couldn't toss any out so I upgraded few things....check out the marijuana thread for more info.

My body has gone thru some positive drastic change since my last progress pics..to give you an idea, look at my avator which was taken within a week ago. I am still at 2iu before bed, but dosing 3 days on, 1 day off and repeat. I don't like the idea of 2 consecutive days off on a 5 on 2 off protocol because I assume that my natural gh is nearly shut down so 2 consecutive days without any or minute natural gh production doesn't seem like a good idea to me. This is my assumption, not based on science or any studies.

I've increased my test to about 300mg a week since couple weeks ago along with about 400mg Mast Prop. I found my new AAS love...Drostanolone Propionate.
I don't think I'll ever do Tren again because I am getting similar physical changes with Mast Prop but without ANY SIDES. My acne has settled down. I still get few on my jawline and upper back, but nothing compared to when I was on Tren. I thought acne was from high doses of test, but I am on just as high of a dose as before without nearly as much acne.

Still on 100mg DECA weekly and my joints are still benefiting from it. I am on my last DECA which is nearly empty so I'll switch over to NPP and only pin that 3 days a week.

I started Helios about a week ago. I only pin .5ml EOD due to me not like to have shaky hands.

So with everything combined with my new diet (white fish instead of red meat and egg white protein shakes) as of beginning of June, I can finally see the outline of 6 muthafucking Abs!!!!!

HGH: 1 week from 3 months of usuage. I am now at 2.5iu 3 days on 1 day off and repeat. Still enjoying same benefits as before. My hair is nearly all black instead of salt and pepper. I still get numb hands at night every so often and occasionally numb fingers during the day. When lifting with Dumbbells, my left palm under my thumb gets a burning and painful near end of a set. Is this CTS? Or just pumped?

AAS: No Change. It's same as before (look up couple posts)

IGF-1 lr3: Got me 1mg vial after long search for legit source. It was already mixed with BA Hopefully I found one. 50mcg in 30 mins will be my first pin. @Wunderpus what was your protocol? I've read to pin either pre and post workout, but how do you get pumps if used post workout? Some say spot inject into muscles trained and some say it makes no difference as it works systematically. I think I'll pin 1/2 of dose bilaterally and compare with full dose in one pin.

The pumps from IGF-1 LR3 are nothing compared to DES, so use it for it's reparation, not for the pumps. I shoot it IM post workout, the site doesn't really matter at all. DES is 100% local, LR3 is 100% systematic.
 
Why are you taking a day off of GH?

Because I was scammed for 7 kits (by someone that goes by badger8811) so figure I'd do similar protocol to 5 on and 2 off, but I don't like the idea of 2 consecutive days off because I could be wrong but I believe my already low natural GH production is halted if not nearly halted due to exo-HGH. But if I was trying to conserve, then it makes no sense for me to increase to 2.5 from 2iu lol.

Am I making a mistake? Should I take no days off and worry about getting more when I am on my last kit? (If there is a will there will be a way for me to get more HGH)
 
I, personally, would prefer to keep the exo levels constant. Maybe look into GHRP & GHRH in the interim?

I thought about peptides, but decided not to because I already produced below normal IGF-1 so I assume that if lucky, it'll bring me to normal range... Which I don't want, I want to be in high range.

I'll take your advice and stay on gh without any days off. I am confident I'll be able to get more. Shit, I minus well work my way up to 4-5iu as that's where I'd like to be. Hmmm....I think I will do so. Gosh, I love conversing with myself and reaching a resolution. Thank you me lol. Or I am crazy for talk to myself and then answering my own questions. I think it's the later lol.

Try stacking your cialis with 3g citrulline, or 5g citrulline malate 30 minutes pre workout. That'll give you the best pump...
 
Hmm, IGF-1 LR3 is fine for you, but remember I'd cut it after 6 weeks and take at least 2 weeks off. If you have lagging parts, DES seems to be pretty effective.... I use a 30g 1/2" insulin needle on biceps only -pre training in the parking lot- and it's insane for pumps. Growth? I don't know, maybe it helps.

Thank you. Hard work does pay off. I've basically accomplished one of my goals which is seeing my abs. There not popping yet, but it's an endless work in progress. Now I just need to slowly work my way to 175-185 with same or lower bodyfat.

Any idea what my bodyfat is? My guesstimate is 10-12% even though 3 different calipers shows 7.6 avg.
 
Thanks for guessing. I like your estimate:). I'd love to get check with a bodpod but I'd rather spend $75 on something else. Maybe I'll ask for it for my upcoming BDay.
Some schools may do bodpod measurements for cheaper. Certainly you look great there NP, but get those black shiny blisters checked out, lol.
