You all misunderstood my post except mrb66 partially.

I think lost in translation. What i agree with in this statement is, when bodybuilding, its not about how much weight you lift but more about shaping and sculpting your body. And while heavy training is a big part of this , the amount of weight used is irrelevant. Of course the opposite is true for PL'ing, how you look is irrelevant cause its about how much weight you can move in the 3 lifts.
Where i disagree , is the ego part. I think bb's are far more egotistical than PL's. Since being here ive gained a lot of respect for PL's as ive seen just how scientific and exact their training really is.

Yeah thats what what i disagreed with, the ego bit. Obviously in bodybuilding if you can have a great physique by using a lightweight than sure great go for it, but i think the amount that bodybuilders care about their physique is much more egotistical in that having a great body is all good and fine, but it has no practical use other than to make others admire you. Raw power and strength though has many practical uses in everyday life, i cant remember the last time a day has gone by where i didnt pick something up, and its just a lot easier when you are stronger.

Car breaks down and you need to move it out of the road? Push that motherfucker, because when you're strong, you can do that sort of thing.

Because since last time I read your logs I don't remember any of you saying: my objective is being a PL OR being a strong girl.
That's just a surplus that comes from lifting weights.

You were all here to get more fit and more sexy and with a better physique.

Now if you want just to be strong as a woman or a man just for a practical reason in life (lifting heavy boxes etc) and for doing this you are juicing... well sorry to break it for you but what the fuck are you doing?

You can be strong without anavar or any other AAS. Just fucking lift heavy and do a strength program. You don't need AAS to be "strong" in the everyday stuff.

If you need to compete in PL then well another story but at that point you can throw your talking of lean gains out of the window because sure as hell its not what you are looking for.

Now let's get back to what we should be talking here: bodybuilding aka aesthetic.

Strength will build lean muscle and that's proven... but on AAS choice.. someone doing bodybuilding shouldnt ever choose AAS regarding of his strength gains IF compared to other steroids he can get more lean mass but with less strength.

Example: 8 weeks anavar 50mg give me 30lbs on all my lift and 3lbs of lean muscle.

8 weeks primo give me 15lbs on all my lift and 6lbs of lean muscle.

Same training, same diet.

There isn't even any question to raise. Primo is your AAS of choice.

Why? Because you don't care how much you squat or deadlift when you walk on a competition stage, what you care and what ppl care is how you fucking look :)

The ego thing is related to bodybuilding. If you practice bodybuilding, if you want to lift weight for an aesthetic purpose and you care about strength given by an AAS you are just egolifting. You should care of what gives you the most lean mass and if the strength come as well... good! But not game

Thing is... you do it for aesthetic and not for Pl competition. So who cares about strength increase?

If you get more lean muscle and less strength increase is even better. Less stress on tendons and better aesthetic result.

Strength increase have a sense is because of it you grow more due to lifting heavier but if another AAS give you more lean gains with less strength increase it still won compared to the previous.

Strength is for the ego :)

Mass without strength is just fluff. What's the point? The stronger you get, the bigger I get.
 
I'M ALIVE!

I totally failed at keeping a detailed log this time around :(

This has been a crazy cycle.
The first 4-5 weeks was just waiting. Slowly but surely, Primo started kicking in and I blew up.
I believe my weight was around 111 lbs when this cycle started, I weighted 129 lbs this AM:eek:

This was supposed to be a bulking cycle and I couldn't ask for better results.
I gotta say, seeing the scale go up to these numbers, it triggered my eating disorder mind a little bit.
It's crazy how to this day it can still fuck with me. Luckily, it was temporary and I came back to my senses.

This is week 11.
I'm definately approaching the time to wrap things up, maybe another week or two.
It's coming to the point where joints start to hurt and I feel my body asking for a break.

As far as training goes, I gave it my all.
Probably could've done more cardio, but who wants to do that shit? :rolleyes:
Totally neglected heavy deadlifts this time around due to lower back issues.

I really like the lean muscle gains primo gave me, a bit more than with Anavar.
Strength gains, I think I prefer Anavar in that department. They were pretty steady this cycle, but they just took longer.

SIDES-
Ok, my biggest issue was hair loss, from the very beginning.
It kinda slowed down towards the end at around week 9-10.
My hair was everywhere and it was kinda sad, I'm not gonna lie. However, it was tolerable.
Thankfully, I'm not bald. Yet:p

Oily hair and skin was another side, but expected. A few blemishes, nothing some spot treatment can't handle.

Libido was crazy. It had its peaks, but it's still pretty strong.
My lady part are still swollen, I don't mind.

One side that kinda started creeping during the last few weeks has been deepening of the voice.
It's nothing crazy, I mean, it's so subtle. I started sounding like I smoke cigarettes, especially in the mornings.
Only one person asked me if I had been drinking the night before, lol.

My voice also cracks a little bit sometimes, especially when singing in the car.
This is another reason why this cycle is coming to an end.

It's been really fun though.
I look forward to doing other primo cycles in the future.

Luckily the hurricane wasn't bad on the Gulf side of FL. Unfortunately my wife has enough pool furniture to hold a Catholic Mass. I tied it all down for nothing but I'm thankful. Good to see that you're doing well!

I guess I have to figure out what my goals are. The whole reason why I started using AAS was to put on as much lean mass to get ready to start competing.
I think I'll be ready to sign up for a comp next year. As much as I want to cut all this fluff, I may bulk a little more.

Elbow is still an issue but it's getting there. I'm hanging out natty until at least November. My voice is slooooowly getting back to normal. I'll follow the time on = time off to allow it to return to normal but if it gets there before I'll probably hop back on cycle then. MastP is my next planned cycle and I'm itching to start!

Sorry, think I forgot to answer your question on the crossfit.

She loves it, but has been doing my program mostly for a bit now and has really been enjoying it. We hired her a coach to help with her form and things are really taking off for her with the weight training.

UPDATE

Well, it's been a bit over 2 weeks since my last pin.

My voice was getting pretty hoarse. It definitely got a little deeper but I'm hoping it will return to normal in a few weeks.
I absolutely loved primo, but I have a lot of respect for it. I think for future cycles I will stick at 40 mgs/week and hopefully reduce viralization a little more.
It's a scary thought to end up with a deep voice for the rest of your life.

I'm shedding less hair and my lady parts are returning to normal.
Libido is decreasing and I don't have that insatiable thirst for sex :(
I've been feeling more emotional and I even cried yesterday!

Training is still going strong.
My numbers haven't dropped, although they do feel heavier. My motivation to go to the gym and endurance have decreased; however, I still force myself everyday to train hard.

I weighted 129.6 lbs this AM.
Eating ~1600 cals. 40P/40C/20F
I'm doing cardio 4-5 x a week.
My goal is to slowly start losing the fluff so I can take a good analysis of where I'm standing and what parts are lagging.

I'm not really sure when my next cycle will be, or what will I run.
I'll probably take the rest of the year off to give my body some time to recover. I need to regrow a lot of hair :(

My voice is a little deeper. It still cracks. But slowly settling out I think. But. Oops. I started another cycle [emoji849][emoji12] MastP & HGH. :) just a quick 6-8 weeks tho.
