So what, eat like shit for another week, this is a marathon not a sprint bud. For god sakes if your making yourself miserable then take a break. It's not like we won't all be back at it very soon and killing it again. Think about how many days of the year we train, eat, cycle, etc... Fuck it it's no big deal if you ate like shit for a week. In the big picture that week is a drop in the bucket.I worked so hard this cycle and now all the sudden my diet has been shit this last week. It's hard bouncing back from that 1 cheat meal a week. It fucks with my head for days and makes me want to eat bad cause that meal was so damn good.
