Yup coming off is tough , probably why my 12week cycle is in its 16th week rt now[emoji33]
But hang in there Odie it gets a little better as time goes on IME.
Out of curiosity how much hcg you running ? I find hcg at 1000iu eod helped me stay pretty strong and i still got great pumps. It not till about the three month mark that i start really hating being off. Thats when i j back on.
That really surprises me. When i do an hcg blast i swear i feel great, better than on cycle. Its when i stop and run only clo and nolv that i feel like shit.No HCG my friend. Never touched the stuff. Been thinking about it for fertility reasons though.
Is that a lake and a park I hear calling? [emoji6]Update:
PCT suckssss. Lost 4 lbs already, losing strength and I hurt in places I've never hurt before. Did legs today and just doing 225 on squat felt like I had a pinched nerve in my lower back. Hurt like hell and screwed up the rest of my workout. Also when I did chest and tris the other day my elbows and shoulders ache bad to. I sure miss the indestructible feeling Fina gave me. Hoping in 2 months I will be on TRT.
By the way I didn't get the over seas job so yall are stuck with me. It just wasn't in God's plan for me at this time.

I cycle my creatine. When I'm on a AAS cycle I stop using creatine then once my cycle is over I start back on creatine. It gives me a little water weight to help not lose as much while off.Never do a cycle without hcg.
When off cycle the best thing to take (for me atleast) creatine and beta alanine. The 2 combine are great. Research it
With your natural test levels as low as they are you should be a shoe in for TRT.Update:

The beta alanine inhibits lactic acid build up & muscle fatigue. I would recommend itI cycle my creatine. When I'm on a AAS cycle I stop using creatine then once my cycle is over I start back on creatine. It gives me a little water weight to help not lose as much while off.
I'll have to look into it, thanks. The beta alanine inhibits lactic acid build up & muscle fatigue. I would recommend it
Not sure if I get anything out of it strength wise or anything but it does make me retain a little water weight which is why I use it. If I don't use it I start to see my abs again and that means I'm losing weight and it really fucks with my head. If I can't see my abs at all then I feel bigger [emoji4] I know that's screwed up but if I get below 18%bf or so then I start freaking out and eating a shit load of bagels. I had ripped abs when I was younger and super skinny so that's probably why I don't like them, lol.I used creatine back in high school. Never felt it enhanced my workouts or recovery or anything. I consider it placebo at least in my experience

I'm naturally very lean too and I know what your talking about. Problem at least for me altho I wouldn't call it a problem is I keep weight and add it quickly. So that creatine wouldn't be useful for me. Sounds like your skinny genes keep trying to take over? For me it seems I scared them off and their not coming back. Not sure if I get anything out of it strength wise or anything but it does make me retain a little water weight which is why I use it. No one has the ballz to fake creatine nowadays. That would make no sense. If or when you come off I'd suggest trying it. Especially since coming off cycle plays evil tricks on the mind & body.
I remember when creatine 1st hit the market. Got me some.
How do you think I won Mr Olympia!
