To be fair I used to use creatine 2001 ish and I bought it from walmart and vitamin world. I used EAS brand and nitro brand? Or some thing like that. I feel it was definitely placebo. At least for me

Wow I was just browsing and noticed that this log went over 110 pages with over 32000 views. I am honored that so many chimed in and helped me along my journey.
I'm dropping weight fast. Its my own fault though. I can hardly eat cause Im dealing with some serious stress and depression at the moment. Apparently my job found out that I'm trying to leave them and they are fixing to fire me anyday now, which is BULLSHIT. Fuck Fuck Fuck, anyway it couldn't of come at a worse time cause Im in PCT mode and I'm already depressed. I finally carried my ass to the gym today, it had been a few days. I benched 455 today twice and on my first rep I didnt lift my ass off the bench at all . It felt super light and my body didnt ache at all. Speaking of aches, fuck I did a full arm workout like 3-4 days ago and Im still sore ass fuck from it. Very weird cause I never get sore for more then a day and most of the times I dont even get sore. I'm not sure whats up. I put my body through hell in the past year. I never took the amount of time I really needed off to recover before I jumped back on this previous run. I am feeling it now buddy. Anyway things are not great but they will work out. Its just gonna suckk for a while.

Been 5 fucking weeks and still no word on when my power rack will arrive. She said that it would take 4-6 weeks though. It sucks spending that kind of money and having to wait months to get it. Oh well I'll light up like a kid in a candy store when it gets here.

Damn that's some serious weight to max put at let alone rep. You know I was wondwring when tjat rack was going to show up for ya. I was actually going to pm ya an ask, how lame is that smh? Will I get bored alot around this piece an have nothing else to do lol. Thanks again for the advice about the acne wash btw. Just got done picking it up. The other shit I was using has Benzoyl Peroxide an wasnt even knocking a dent in it. Will see how this Neutrogena with the salicylic acid works on me.

Thanks bud. Yeah I have a great skill set to fall back on but its not from this job. The work I do now is quite unique to say the lest and I would have to move up to some type of mining company in the north somewhere to really put this skill set to work. It looks good on the ole resume though and someone ALWAYS wants to call me and ask me about it. Ive told many of yall and sent some of yall pics in private what I do. Anyway I moved 4 years ago to get sober and some how landed this job while I was in rehab. ( God's Grace ). Looks like I will have to move back to my old stomping grounds to land a good job with my old skill sets. Not sure yet, im working on about 30 differnt things right now and called about 12 friends. ( NO EXAGGERATION). Something will pop up and a few already have but I couldnt take them because of the pay cut.
By the way salicylic acid products work great for me when I use them twice a day. I NEVER have been the type to break out though expect when Im on cycle. I also took vitamin E and i know you dont want to hear this but I heard milk of magnisea helped so I drank a little of that EOD at night. It really was great for my complextion.
Well I'm in the northeast and would prefer to remain in the colder climate but I might make exceptions for a good power rack, a good lifting partner, and some of those fine southern women

NO that job told me " Not at this time"
Talked to the folks and bascially I would have to go work out there for a few months while the GF stayed here. I would only get to come home and see her maybe 2 days out of the week. Its a last resort. It will happen eventually and maybe soon but Im im exploring other options.

Yeah its hard to look at the postives but believe me this is a blessing. I've been trying to leave this company for 2 years and now they are forcing me out. Yeah it will all work out. It always does. Just hope it doesnt mess with the way I like to live to much.
That's good you keeping positive...no way you'll ever backslide as you got too much invested in your well being right now.
