Odie's First Log

take it apart and put t back together. no reason to put holes in ceiling..
shit..sorry just see you said it was not bolted...id be pissed there was no bolts though...I have purchased few hundred thousand worth of equip over the years and never had fully put together fitness equipment...

I'm sure Trukker will swing by his place more often when he happens to be in Odie's area, bust out a few sets and then head back out, lol. Nothing like a quick heavy workout after being on the road!

Holy shit, so Im tracking my power rack and just noticed that fucker weighs 542 lbs. Damn wish I had more then one friend to help me. lol Once I get it I plan on writting up a HONEST review about the pros and cons of it. As of right now I can say customer service SUCKS. Basically I gave them 1500.00 five weeks ago and haven't heard from them at all. Then they told me that someone would call to set up an exact time of arrival and that didnt happen either. I had to call and chew some ass and then they said " oh yeah it just shipped". Whatever if its everything I think it will be then its money well spent. Should be pretty fucking solid and last a life time at 542 lbs. Sure is gonna be kick ass to work out in my underwear before work in the morning. ;)
It's kinda like buying gear...If it's kick ass who cares about T/A, communication, and customer service.

@OdieM If you measure from corner A to corner B and the length is shorter than the height of the ceiling then you're good. The apex of the arc is the distance from the static point (B) to the movable point furthest from the static point following path of the arc (A). My words not a text book explanation. Good luck.

Do you guys have separate days dedicated to hams, guads and calves???? I need to really start working on my lower body. I've always just had a whole leg day. Every now and then I will throw in calves on shoulder day or something.

Me, I do all my heavy quad work and calves in 1 day. Then calves again some where later in the week.

My glutes are glorious. Lol I hardly ever. I mean ever Train them

I'm headed to the gym now to do legs. I had a member PM me his routine but he only does guads and then calves later on during the week.

I'm diggin the low bar squat technique. Helps keep my back safe. And I'm getting comfortable with it. I wanna best my 455. That's not happening with my old technique
