Legs & 100 Traps
Tried to squat and I couldn't. I pinned 1.75 ml into my left delt and this is the second time that delt has given me severe pip, everywhere else is fine. Anyway just lifting my left arm up to support the bar on my shoulders was torture, so i only did 1 set of 135x15

I've been doing this last part off and on for about a year now. Traps are the new abs

Was not happy with my leg workout at all. Not being able to squat ruined my whole workout.
