I take b6 for protein digestion aid and nervous system health. Wasn't aware it had another use? I also read using b6 especially in as high of doses as your using boiler can damage the nervous system. I actually read it from a damn reliable source. Maybe worth looking in to. I only run mine 200mg daily split morning and night

Yeah I read that also, but I also read that if any symptoms appear you can stop talking it and everything will go right back to normal. I imagine I'm not actually getting as much as the label says especially after it goes through the digestive system, but I'm definitely looking out for the tingling in the fingers and numbness in my toes. Thanks brother.

I've never been much of a dreamer that I can remember. I have only been on it for about a week so that might be coming in the future I don't know. What about you? Does it give you more vivid dreams?
Ya especially If I remember to take it before bed. Strange nonsensical dreams that leaves you scratching your noggin like...wtf:confused:
 
Update: 214 this morning and I must say I'm looking pretty damn good. First thing my GF said this morning " we need to get you some bigger shirts" :) I got to 222 last cycle and at 214 my shirts feel smaller then they did then. Yeah buddy.

By the way I can't believe that today is only day 11 on blast. I was 209 11 days ago.

So a little story about me. I got sober almost 4 yrs ago. I had tried to get sober back in my hometown and after failing miserably a few times I moved 2.5 hours away and started my life over. That's what it took for me, I had to change EVERYTHING. ( people, places and things)

Anyway my past caught up with me today. A guy that I did dirty in my addiction was at my gym. Coincidence, I think not. That's how God works in my life. I don't believe in coincidences. What yall call coincidences are what I call Gods little MIRCLES. I spent my whole workout freaking killin it because of this guy. Just wanted to let the guy know that he better rethink any thing he's thinking. Well after my workout I saw the guy holding his daughter and I knew we could have a civil conversation. I took that opportunity to apologize to the guy and clean up my side of the street. It's little acts like this and the fact that my God NEVER lets me forget my past even years later is what keeps me from going back to that life.

Not sure why I shared this but that's my ramble for the day.
 
Hey man that's what logs are for, not just to type numbers of weights and reps but to get your feelings out there. Shit that is what drives your training anyway. Cool story, I bet that felt good, for both sides.

^^^ This was extremely hard to do because the fina restricts my breathing but damn it was the most rewarding thing I've done in a very long time. Fucking freak status .

After this work out I was beat and my whole body aches from today and yesterdays legs. So I decided to make use of some of the things that I pay for and never use at my gym.

Sorry I'm so exhausted and sore I forgot to mention what I did for the super sets.
It was Cable V-bar Overhead Triceps extensions and diamond push ups.

By the way cable overhead tricep extensions are one of my favorites. I switch it up between the rope, V-bar and straight bar every week. You can feel the pump on every single rep if you do them nice and slow.

Nice work Odie, keep at it. I'm hoping to hit 405 on bench this round with the Fina. I also want to double focus on my calves (which are already huge) and wear this tank I saw that says lol @ your legs! Then I'm going to selfie myself next to all the super heroes in my gym (what I call dudes with big upper, tiny legs) .
 
FYI I came across this old simple movement on a video, it's called the J-L press..I had some great gains in my bench with that. Just search for it on YouTube

Nice workout Odie, and nothing beats getting into a hot tub to melt away the aches and pains of a heavy workout :)

Maybe you should use the hot tub more too! (especially if you been paying for it all this time)

Oh you havnt seen anything yet. Wait till they open up the water park that's part of my gym. Should be next week. I usually go for a swim and get some sun for about an hour. Pics coming soon. There's a reason I pay 804.00 a year for my membership. Also has a cafe, salons, massage parlor, rock wall, etc, etc. I just use the iron. Lol

Well, its not what I had planned but after a member told me about some noodles that have 17 grams of protein per serving I decided to incorporate this into my diet for a week. Plus it will add some flavor into my life :) I'm sure it will sit heavy on my stomach though.

Turkey Spaghetti

I used cut up and diced Baby spinach, Onions, Bell peppers and lots of ground black pepper to season the meat. Thats 4 lbs by the way

Between this and the lamb plates I have my mid-day foods are covered for 5 days

Diet is starting to really come along. Well I could clean it up a bit but I'll save that for the last 6 weeks of my cycle. For now Im happy Im fairly clean and getting it all in. Thats 4 meals, 2 shakes, 6 rice cakes and a RX bar with snicker doodle almond butter I consume EVERYDAY.

Looks good. Your meals make mine seem lazy. I just throw the turkey in the pan with nothing else. Looks like I need to start putting in some more effort.
