Kitchen is closed today Fellas. I woke up at 6am ate breakfast and decided to use one of my PTO days for work. I seriously doubt I even get off the couch today. Lol I can't remeber the last time I had a day like this. Just gonna lay around and watch movies and do a little research on some things and eat ALOT.

Those are some of the best days. Rest up brother and do some recovery you need it to grrrrroooowwwwww!
 
If you really want to pack on some size and weight....you can get them from good quality fats.

At one time I gained 7 lbs in one week with only adding fats.

Lmk if yall want to know!

You should never get in a hot tub after a workout! If you want a good recovery, you'll need to get into a ice bath...after a workout. It promotes muscle healing and decreases injuries

Yeah I have .8 lbs in every meal I prepped. Between the noodles and the meat I have roughly 70 grams of protien per meal.

I still love ground beef but I perfer turkey because it's so much cleaner. With ground beef I have to put it in a strainer after I cook it and squeeze all the grease out of it with paper towels.

Are these noodles ordered online or are you finding them at a local source? I'm interested in using these, closest I find is about 8-10 per serving.

I figured it would be hell findings them and actually found them in the first place i searched ( my local market ). They taste better then my usual wheat noodles too.

As far as the sauna and hot tub goes, I usually only get in there the day after legs. It sure is refreshing to sip on my shake and loosen up my sore muscles.

Also we have a steam room and they use eucalyptus juice as part of the steam. It is so fucking amazing. I swear since I did it yesterday it has made it easier to breath on my tren cycle.

Odie, have you tried the Miracle Noodles? Their fettuccini mixed with some veggies and grilled chicken/steak is awesome!

These type of days are the most important. They need to be referred to as GROWTH days. You don't grow in the gym working out, that is the action that is required to grow! You grow when you rest and eat, when your muscles are healing.

If you cant remember the last time you took a day like this, its kinda like the wolf brand chilli commercial.....to long brother. I would go for at LEAST one of these days a week if not two. Of course it is all personal preference, but it cant hurt to rest brother.

How is everything else going? Pellet tren treating you good?

Have you learned to keep that ass on the bench when you are pressing?

Oh I take 2 rest days a week but I'm only resting from the gym. Today im resting from life in general. Yep just laying around in my underwear and just watched one of my favorite all time movies " Jeremiah Johnson".

I don't think I've had a chest day since I posted that video. Tomorrow is chest. I only lift my ass on big weight. Lol

Cycle is going great. There was a few days where I thought I was gonna die. I backed my dose down and now I'm pining EOD instead of the ED I was doing and i fucking feel great.
