Oh I take 2 rest days a week but I'm only resting from the gym. Today im resting from life in general. Yep just laying around in my underwear and just watched one of my favorite all time movies " Jeremiah Johnson".

I don't think I've had a chest day since I posted that video. Tomorrow is chest. I only lift my ass on big weight. Lol

Cycle is going great. There was a few days where I thought I was gonna die. I backed my dose down and now I'm pining EOD instead of the ED I was doing and i fucking feel great.

Good to hear my friend. Remember that more doesn't always equal better !!

Keep killing it. That is the couch today !! don't let that son of a bitch get away, hold it down !!
 
If you really want to pack on some size and weight....you can get them from good quality fats.

At one time I gained 7 lbs in one week with only adding fats.

Edit:
You should never get in a hot tub after a workout! If you want a good recovery, you'll need to get into a ice bath...after a workout. It promotes muscle healing and decreases injuries
A swim in the pool is not a bad idea though

I'll go by what I learned as a somewhat professional athletes (in my youth ). I ask you this...?? Why do you think after a hard practice or a physical game, athletes always jump into ice buckets?? It's certainly not to produce growth hormones. Athletes normally, not always, have somewhat elevated growth hormones and it's not due to sauna or hot tub treatments. When the body is injured YOU do not want to add heat...period! Heat causes inflammation etc.... I mean injured..as in breaking down or tearing up muscle fibers...i.e. working out

Athletes are slowly gravitating toward cryogenic therapy as an alternative to ice bath treatment....(not popular due to the cost).

Well I'm no athlete, I just lift iron. Lol Athletes put their bodies through hell. We're in no way even on that level. I have never heard of a body builder taking a ice bath after a workout. Every summer I have always worked out and went and jumped in some body of water somewhere. Actually knowing that when Im done in the gym that I have to take my shirt off and be around a lot of people really allows me to get a good workout. We're our hardest critics. I will be getting in the pool at lest 3 times a week soon. Last summer I swim after every workout and that was when I made some great gains. I always make good gains in the summer

Interesting read by Dr. Mirkin which has caused a pretty heated debate in the Sports Medicine world over the past few years. Dr. Mirkin is the one who coin RICE. He has since outside of acute injury discontinued the use of ice for treatment. Even though this is a website it is sited.

This is a cool article, thanks for posting this! What I got from it though was kind of vague I thought. So, no ice (or if you do, less than 5 mins and only for severe swelling) but then the article basically says to suck it up? Lol so anti-inflam's, no ice, nothing! Just let the body do it's natural thing...huh, interesting. I liked the mention of IGF-1, certainly spikes my interest.
 
Well I got some terrible news last night about my sisters health. I have been in a fog every since I was told. I almost didn't go to the gym today but I ended up there somehow. Kinda of wish I wouldn't of went and saved it for tomorrow. Not a single DB was lifted and I totally wasn't feeling it. I usually get so mad at the weight before I lift it and today I didn't get mad once.

I walked out of the gym feeling like I totally wasted a good workout. I just wasn't feeling it. I did get told by some weird guy that I had a very nice physique which usually would of got me pissed off but like i said I'm just out of it and let it slide and just didn't respond

Change of subject Serious Question
I have almost got this puffy nipple shit whooped. My right nip is total 100% fine but my left one stays pointing and puffy. I started taking 10mg of nolva yesterday along with .5 adex EOD. I also have some LETRO. Would y'all recommend I take some letro or no??? I have never delt with this gyno crap and its freaking me out.


Edit: also I'm hearing and reading not to take nolva with tren from some and I'm hearing the opposite from some. Someone please line my ass out.

That no nolva with tren stuff is a bullshit myth. If you're having gyno problems blast it with 40mg nolva ED, not 10mg. After it goes down stay on 10-20mg for the duration of the cycle.
