On a positive note- glad to see that fina is doing it's job. I always have thought Dbol was overkill with good tren, and this is another example of how it's relatively unnecessary.

Thanks bud, got a new diet and a new outlook. Just found out I got a family reunion July 4th weekend so it's go time. Fixing to ask a co-worker to train with me so I can start going to my max. Hoping he will but he may not cause my gym is very expensive.

Got a little creative. Ive made these before but I use to use whole eggs. They make it really easy to get the protein in. I ate half the pan in one sitting.

Costco sells the little packets of microwaveable broccoli.
I precook some ground beef (I like the grassfed stuff from Costco) with whatever seasoning you like. personally, the mccormick low sodium taco is my favorite.
In a Tupperware style container, throw in your egg white and broccoli, cook till fluffy (cook times varies on the amount, normally like 3.5 minutes for me)
Reheat the ground beef, combine all together. Tastes great, great macros. Boom.
What do they taste like? It looks pretty good!

Hard to decribe the taste but they are good. The cherry tomatoes really sets them off with a little sweet juice. Can't taste the spinach.

Oven at 350 for 15 mins. Make sure you spray the pan with oil so they don't stick.
I bet some salsa fresca would do them just fine.
