I was thinking the same thing. I would say that you know how it is, but you married your high school sweet heart. I've let go of 3 women in my life that I shouldn't of and this is one of them. If she wouldn't of went out and had 2 kids since our break up then she might be my wife today. Anyway kids arnt a deal breaker with me but being as I have none of my own yet yeah it does kinda suck to be rasing someone else's kids. Especially when those kids dad is a piece of shit. I'll probably end up in prison if I ever see him. It won't be pretty that's for fucking sure. He used to beat on her. Fuck I'm getting pissed just thinking about it. Where's the iron? Awe fuck it im going to get laid again. Nah actually she's taking a nap. Who knows though we had a blast today and laughed all day long so I see something good coming from this.

I'll say this,

I didn't realize how bad our marriage was post military. Low test left me with no desire for her no affection and what other problems I had. Took a while. It wasn't until recently my wife told me how bad it was. I was there just not present. I'd be a damn fool if she ever walked. Crazy how shit like that tears you up. So I get it...

Fair enough... I did the same for my wife when I took her to a resort for our anniversary, I had just got back from 12 weeks working across the country and originally planned on 3 days straight of fucking lol... but the second morning she seemed so in need of rest that I didn't wake her up, she slept 14 hours straight while I kicked back and drank while watching tv.

She asked why I didn't wake her up with sex, worried cuz I'm normally on her like white girls on NBA players, so I let her know it's because she hadn't been away from the kids in 2 years and had been dealing with them on her own while I was gone so I figured I'd let her enjoy some rest.
 
I haven't even mentioned the best part. The whole reason I took this lake trip is because every year 3-4 weeks before my lake vacation I go to the lake and drop my stank bait. Its the most foul smell on this planet. I get a 5 gallon bucket and put some grain ( milo) and pour one beer and about 2-3 gallons of water in there. I let that bucket sit in the sun for a month just fermenting. Im telling y'all its so fucking nasty but the catfish love it. I took it up there and sunk it in the cove today. I drilled small holes in the bucket so it will slowly leak out for the next few weeks. Then when i get up there ill set some jug lines around that area and ill be fat off catfish all week. Yeah buddy. Its totally legal in TX but y'all might wanna check the laws in yalls state before y'all do it.

Make sure if y'all do this that y'all poke holes in the lid while its sealed. If not that sucker will blow up cause its putting off gas and you'll have the fucking nastiest smell that you'll never get rid of
