Nah let me give you the quick run down. I started out at 209 and I'm 219 this morning. I have pretty much been whining this whole thread cause Fina is a mother fucker and my GF left me. Also I banged one of the trainers at my gym. The end.

Those shoulders are to big to be shoulder pressing under 225 bro you working out alone...where u at TX. I'm on my way I'm pissed I can't get passed 245 smith shoulder press your shoulders look bigger than mine...I don't do dumbbell presses cuz I'm afraid I'll fuck myself up.I'll get up to 55lb front raises and 40 lb sides

Weight isn't everything man. I do my best size increases when a reasonable weight is used under full tension. Unless odie walks by then I add all the plates

This whole log I have kept the weight lighter and I've been called a puss. The last few days I've increased everything cause I'm ready to break some personal records. Plus watching myself in the mirror throwing up heavy shit gets my blood pumping.
 
Nah actually I could do more but I use to much energy carrying them over to my bench area and then throwing them up on my shoulders.
Yeah...the 90s are a PITA for me even to carry over and then kick them up. So much energy lost doing that :confused:

However I seen this one dude bring db hooks that hang off a barbell where the db's are placed and ready to push up and press.

There's 4 chicken legs not pictured here. They needed to cook longer. I ate my plate in less then 3 mins and went back for another breast and leg. Fuck a cut
