That's what I need to be doin. I've never been over 200 before this cycle and I was 209 at the gym. I'm not eating bad but I need to be way more strict
It's tough especially since I spent my first 3 weeks throwing down around 4500 calories a day. I'm sure my scale will probably stop going up now but my goal is to gain another 4-5 lbs if possible and really lean out. Will see how that works out.
Got another date this weekend so I plan on getting dirty. lol I mean with a cheat meal
