Odie's First Log

That's what I need to be doin. I've never been over 200 before this cycle and I was 209 at the gym. I'm not eating bad but I need to be way more strict

It's tough especially since I spent my first 3 weeks throwing down around 4500 calories a day. I'm sure my scale will probably stop going up now but my goal is to gain another 4-5 lbs if possible and really lean out. Will see how that works out.

Got another date this weekend so I plan on getting dirty. lol I mean with a cheat meal ;)

Yea I've been right around 6000 for around 2-3 weeks. I'm thinking of dropping back to 4500 and adding cardio.

Keep clean during the week and that makes having one dirty night not so bad. Lol

what are you dosing the B12 at Odie?
Almost for got about this. My amps are 3ml that equal 1000 mcg. I've been taking one amp eod. I also have a few 30ml vials that are 500mcg per ml. I haven't cracked them open yet.

I also take Douglas Laboratories B-complex pills.

Anyway I feel amazing
 
At least you have company at work Hahahahaha!

I would rather not. Thats the office whore. We call her Annie. She's our CPR dummy and we have all had our mouths on her

God help yall if I'm around and yall need CPR. I will end up breaking yalls ribs. Everytime I give that Dummy CPR I almost break it.

Nope. I used MCT oil and I have actually pinned 2.5 mls in my delts and never had any pip. Well in my left delt at first I had some pain. It wasn't pip though it's from the pin it's self going through scar tissue.
 
I'm fucking scared to death to pin them. There virgins and I've heard horror stories.
That's because they pin the top quads. Fucking stupid imo.

Vastus lateralis. That broad relatively flat muscle on the side quad. Pin where your middle finger lands while you stand at attention. I prefer to sit on bed with pinning leg resting flat on bed side. Completely dull and painless I promise
