Added some B12 injectables to the mix A while back. I feel fucking great. Running around the gym like a fucking mad man I tell you. B12+fina will have people in the gym coming up to you telling you to " take it easy". Yeah buddy
What fina dose you on now?
 
6000meters on the cross fit row machine thingy. I could of went a lot more I felt amazing. I'm gonna buy one of those row machines soon. When I get off that thing my back,traps and biceps are swole, plus its great for cardio.

Grabbed a 100 lb DB for a quick burn out. Honestly not sure how many I got I was getting it son. Should of seen the hotties in the gym today motivating me. Tren has got my animal senses kicked in when one of those chicks walks by all sweaty. I can smell them if you catch my drift. Yep it won't be long and I'll be sniffing panties again.

I left the gym with more energy then Ive had in a long time. I feel amazing.

Edit: I also did pulls ups put I suck at them and did it on the pussy assisted machine so i won't post that workout here.

I know y'all are thinking I should of went heavier with some things but I would rather get a full range of motion and not do any jerking movements. Ive learned my lesson from that.

Thanks guys, Im dying to throw up a progress pic. I'm holding out for a few more weeks though. Tren transformation is insane. When I walk by the mirror in my underwear at night and I have to do a double take cause thats a big mother fucker I thought I just saw in my room. lol Im starting to not even look like me anymore. Ive NEVER been happy with my appearance but Im pretty pleased at the moment.

Avi is from Dec-Jan, so it's a few months old. I was 222 lbs in that pic. I'm currently 218 at the moment but Im ALOT leaner.

Legs look good but there's lots of room for improvement.
Nice...punish your legs more so perhaps start some killer squat and deadlift sessions :)

That's what I need to be doin. I've never been over 200 before this cycle and I was 209 at the gym. I'm not eating bad but I need to be way more strict
