I'm a pussy. I don't think I can do it. LMAO. I can picture me jabing the pin in and yanking it out and throwing it across the room. Plus I've heard a lot of members saying they can't walk for days afterwards.
 
It's the 2nd best area next to glutes. It's right in central vision so you know technique will be perfect. I can't imagine anything easier. Push in slow cuz there is a pretty serious vein or artery that runs down my left vastus and if I hit that and I have I'm bruised like rhiannas face for days. Oh wait was that too much? Fuck Chris brown

Shit I would welcome it. There's no way I would be pinning myself if a buddy hadnt pinned me years ago. It hurts more when someone else does it though cause they just jab it in. Where I go nice and slow and if I feel to much scar tissue or I feel like I'm hitting something I can pull out.

Same way I do it. My wife does my glutes and shoulders and she's extremely careful too. You should see me focus when I do quads. I'm like fucking Nelson mandela.
 
Quads can fuck you up with pip but you will live. The ease compared to glutes is worth it. I agree w Truk too, can make a high and low on quads. Start with the higher location I find it's easier to deal with if you get pip. Make sure with quads you aspirate to check if you hit a vein. They are my favorite after delts.
 
I think alot of first timers just push it in the top of their quads. That would explain the pip. There's alot of damn nerves on top. Side my man. On the side
 
Forgot to post my lunch. The lady that brought me my food said " I thought someone your size would eat more". I was thinking, bitch maybe if you didn't charge me 17 bucks for lunch I would eat more.

Fina is a hella of a drug. Couldn't breath my entire workout. Even got dizzy towards the end. I think the dizziness is because I cut down on my calories. My legs got shakey about half way through my workout. Still got an insane workout in. Now it's time to eat
 
That's because they pin the top quads. Fucking stupid imo.

Vastus lateralis. That broad relatively flat muscle on the side quad. Pin where your middle finger lands while you stand at attention. I prefer to sit on bed with pinning leg resting flat on bed side. Completely dull and painless I promise
Definitely side quads are the go. Never tried the top and I don't think I'll go there. Virtually no pip at all unless the gear is bad then you'll end up like a young forest gump for a week.
 
I use to let one of my exs pin me years ago. She is now buried deep under a telephone pole.

Lol years ago I was a lineman and I always thought about dropping someone head first down the hole the Auger dug for the pole. There's no way someone could get out.
 
we have a video tape of a birthday party somewhere in the US. Kid goes VSA (vital signs absent) in a swimming pool. Guy next door is a volunteer fireman...dragged the kid out of the water and does cpr. Kid vomits profusely into the poor guys mouth...he just spat it out and kept going.
I realize it is a kid and you gotta do it in that instance but damn it...it still just about made me hurl just watching it
