Lol no bro Im one of the dumb ass kids that had used gear 2-3 times before I ever even graduated High School. I just started running tren this year.
I can't even imagine. No way I was mature enough to use gear in high school. No fuckin way. I know a few that did tho. Mostly Androstenedione which was popularized because of mark McGuire. I never touched the shit till last year myself

In high school I remember getting strong as hell on creatine and I was benching 315 at 189 lbs. Not too bad for 16. I was skinny as hell

Honestly I was a dumb ass kid. I made the varsity football and baseball team when I was a freshman and before I knew it one of the seniors was injecting me. I will say this though, Im glad I got to experience the good gear back then. Being as I live close to Mexico we would drive over there and get QV. My first cycle of just test at 500mgs a week put 30lbs on me and I didn't have to eat 5000-7000 calories to get that weight either.( well it didn't feel like it but as a kid i could fucking eat) But yeah I wish I could go bak and whoop my ass. Its probably why I don't have any kids. I never PCT at that age. I had absolutely no fucking clue what I was doing and just listened and did like the older guys did, which they didn't PCT either.
 
Those high school days of lifting we're the best. Better than my first cycle better than anything.

I was only using some creatine and a pretty poor diet. Some protein. Maybe my body weight worth if I was lucky. I didn't know jack about nutrition back then. I grew so fast my first year lifting I still have the purple stretch marks on my lats, chest, biceps and shoulders from where I literally stretched the skin beyond its capacity. Those gains we're awesome! I remember the first time I ever deadlifted I did 405! Terrible form but I'd be damned if I didn't finish the lift. That was my attitude back then. That's probably why my back is so fucked up now
 
you and everyone else needs to run their AI properly, that means daily. Arimidex 1mg daily or Exemestane 25mg daily. than you guys will not have all these issues fighting gyno.

I'm still in the learning phase of using an AI and how my body reacts because for years I only used Nolvadex when needed. My last cycle I ended up running my adex at 1mg/ed along with my Nolvadex to kick some gyno in the ass. It worked but I also figured out that I needed to run my adex higher than .5mg/eod.
Always experimenting to see how my body works with different scenarios. I think for the most part we are all different and we are all going to react differently. So experimenting is the only way to figure out how we each need to setup our cycles. Just my opinion.

Dude, I don't even like the way I feel under 800ng. When I started feeling lethargic and cranky all the time at 29 I had another blood test drawn and it was 867. Then I realized that my body was tuned to operate at a stupidly high test level. So I have two options, either self-induced TRT to stay above 1k or be a whiney cranky lazy bitch the rest of my life.

Actually that is a huge part of it. I wanted to go to the gym so bad and do cardio and abs today but after working legs yesterday my body is telling me to rest. I came home and took a 2 hour nap and I'm actually laying in bed as I type this on my phone. Gotta rest to grow.

That is indeed one of the most crucial aspects of growing that alot of people take for granted. Most will think an have the mindset on the more you work out an not rest so much you can grow bigger at a much faster rate. They couldn't be further from the truth. The body needs a balance of Dieting, Working an just as importantly Resting to continue building. I always feel so much better an not as run down if I get my rest. The body grows rebuilds an repairs all while in sleep mode. The human body is defiantly an amazing machine! Take care of it an it will repay you the favor.
 
Yep plus in the back of my mind I knew that if I just rested today then I could try for 435 on bench tomorrow. I got it for 2.5 reps my last cycle when I was about the weight I am now so I'm pretty sure I'll get atlest one. I've also got my eye on throwing up 190lb DBs on a flat bench this cycle but I wont attempt it unless I got someone to spot me and help me lug those fuckers to the bench area. I might snag some red barricade DANGER tape from my office and barricade the whole DB section off the day I attempt that though. I'm sure it might get dangerous.

Also I love rest days cause I put down some serious food. I came home and made a 4 lb turkey meat loaf. I've already ate a 3rd of it. I'm fixing to go grab me a Banana split. Lol fuck I've really got to clean my diet up. I've ate ice cream everynight since my ex and me split.

experimenting is key, but you also need to know how the compound works. most orals including AI have a half life of 24 hours or less. Exemestane is better to run with Nolv.

Yeah this cycle is supposed to show me if I have the dedication to walk across a stage, which I dont. I'm running prop,mast, tren and plan on adding whinny. With these compounds I should be eatting clean. I had planned on cutting the second half of my cycle and I still do but it's gonna be extremely hard. Starting tomorrow it's gonna be chicken and rice and fish and rice. Of course I will have one night for steaks or ribs to.
