Damn it boy, I love the taste of tren in my mouth about 30 seconds after I pin. Yeah buddy gym time.

No Mother's Day for me today. My mom lives a couple of hours away. I know that's no excuse but I had a hell of a day at work yesterday and got another one tomorrow. After that I'll go see her. I'll still be the favorite kid :)

Today is a big day. Gym, meal prep, jog with the GF and some work crap. I'll update today with food and a workout.

Ran out of my Truenutrition blend. I got some more on the way though. In the mean time I shit yall not, this is in the top 5 best things I have ever fucking tasted.

2 scoops of ISO-100( Fudge Brownie), SnickerDoodle almond butter, 3/4 cup of egg whites and milk. AMAZING

Love love my nutri bullet. Have had it about 2 years now. There's no blender clean up when your done with it. Just blend in the cup your drinking from and throw it in the dish washer when your done.
 
Arms arnt 20" anymore. That's why I'm training arms 2 times a week. Also I guess I will have to take the time to explain what TUT ( Time Under Tension) is. I don't care who you are, your not throwing up big boy weight using TUT and you damn sure arn't when you know you got a set of 7x10s waiting for you at the end.

Basically long story short with TUT, it's a 4-1-2 move. For instance let's say I'm on bench. My movement on the way down will be 4 sec with a 1 sec pause at the bottom. Then followed by a 2 second lift. The timing changes some what from big muscle to little muscle. I've been working on the timing for 2 weeks now and it's a lot harder then what it sounds with out someone there to time you. I literally yell out " 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi". Lol shits brutal. Stick around my friend when the gear kicks in the weight will go up. Honestly though I don't go to much higher on biceps. I had tendinitis real bad for 3 months about a year ago and I still feel it with any weight over 50 lbs during curls. It was so bad that I couldnt do any thing but Hammer curls. I couldn't even curl 15 lbs the pain was so bad. If I can't do the weight slow with perfect form, I'm not doing it.

I like the TUT routine. In fact i may rediscover this routine next cycle. Also wanted add, as you get older you dont really have lift a ton of weight, you just have to look like you do. ;)

Fuck yeah, finally started to feel the Dbol today. I was sweating my ass off in the gym . I stopped to give an Asian chick a spot on DB press on dripped sweat all over her. lol

After @gr8whitetrukker pretty much called me a puss the other day I upped my weight a little on curls. It was easy since I went straight to it and I missed the gym yesterday due to work.

You have a tremendous leverage advantage with your t-rex arms and not to mention their huge. I was just saying I would of thought you'd use more weight. Theres no way me and you should be pushing and curling the same weight even if we are using the same technique. So quit pussin around:D

Yes I wanted motivatition and it actually did help me go 10 lbs heavier.

You guys think I'm some big dude. Let me say this again. I'm 5'8 and 209 lbs. lol. I used to grab 80 lb DB and throw those puppies up but that's how I pulled something a year ago and got tendinitis. I would rather be able to grab something a little lighter and control it better. I had to go to a chiropractor and get taught a bunch of exercises just to be able to stretch it a dozen times a day. It was very very painful and sucked. I thought I wouldn't lift again for years and probably wouldn't of if I didnt go to that chiropractor.

Bro I'm a southern mamas boy. Oh course the first thing I did today was call my mother. I had my sister and my nieces come out last weekend and we went to a pretty park and took a bunch of pics. My sister is good enough to be a professional photographer. Anyway I'm sure my mother and grandmother loved them.

Do what you do

Its actually smarter doing it this way. Ive learned with age its easier to lift a weight than to throw it:) then its all momentum. I very seldom lift with violent pulling motions. Especially with arms and shoulders

Yep yep, the only advantage I really have is bench.IMO. Probably squat to but my knees ache to bad.
 
Ya I dont care all that much about 1 RPM. I used to be a "powerlifter" in high school. By that I mean I went to meets across CNY and competed in bench, squat and deadlift competitions. I was a skinny 200lb and I had big numbers especially for some 16 yr old kid and no supps or knowledge of nutrition.

1RPM is not any real measure of size. In fact you dont need to be big at all. Its alot of things like tendon length and certain genetic leverage advantages. Any body can work on and improve their strength but its not always a real good gauge on your bodybuilding goals. Bodybuilding relies heavily on genetics like muscle bellies and how fast your body can rebuild itself. Not everyone can be a bodybuilder as it favors certain traits.

@OdieM what ratio TUT do you aim for? 4010? I'm about to start a TUT program for the first time. It looks like you only do TUT on a certain number of excercises. Any reason why not all of them?

Don't sell yourself short because of your height. You have put in the time and effort to look good and that's what people idolize about you. Look at Lee Priest. He is like 5'4" and competed at 200lbs.
So stop making excuses and stand proud. For you are a big dude. Keep up the great work my friend.

I use the 4..1..2..0 for now. Your supposed to change it up every 3 weeks or so. I will probably go to the 4..0..1.5..0 next. I just started using TUT 2 weeks ago. I like it a lot and know that I would seriously grow from it but i also like the FST-7 program. They are completely different and theres no way I could do TUT through out the whole FST-7 program. Well Im sure I could but then I would be in the women's section of my gym asking them to borrow their 15 lb DBs lol. Really though I should of just went with one program or the other but I always want MORE. lol When my fina kicks in 100% I'm sure i will lean more towards TUT because it will probably slow me down a bit
