Yes I wanted motivatition and it actually did help me go 10 lbs heavier.

You guys think I'm some big dude. Let me say this again. I'm 5'8 and 209 lbs. lol. I used to grab 80 lb DB and throw those puppies up but that's how I pulled something a year ago and got tendinitis. I would rather be able to grab something a little lighter and control it better. I had to go to a chiropractor and get taught a bunch of exercises just to be able to stretch it a dozen times a day. It was very very painful and sucked. I thought I wouldn't lift again for years and probably wouldn't of if I didnt go to that chiropractor.



Bro I'm a southern mamas boy. Oh course the first thing I did today was call my mother. I had my sister and my nieces come out last weekend and we went to a pretty park and took a bunch of pics. My sister is good enough to be a professional photographer. Anyway I'm sure my mother and grandmother loved them.

ya I'm sure your mom worries about you every day when you are out working in the field and checks up on you.
 
Don't sell yourself short because of your height. You have put in the time and effort to look good and that's what people idolize about you. Look at Lee Priest. He is like 5'4" and competed at 200lbs.
So stop making excuses and stand proud. For you are a big dude. Keep up the great work my friend.

Alright fellas as promised. Had a nice walk/jog with the GF and dog in some trails behind the house today. Pic makes me look like I'm going bald, shit maybe I am.

Remember I've only been on my cycle for 6 days so be gentle. My abs are fading quick but fuck them I want more size, but this is a slow lean bulk cycle. A bulk/cut cycle if you will. ( unicorn cycle)

Thank you bud. I am very pleased with the vascularity I have in my arms starting this cycle out. By the way after my jog I weighed myself and the scale said 213. I was 209 6 days ago. I know its not a true reading unless I take my weight in the morning but I'll take it. Anyway i am 213 in the pic

Looking good brother. And don't sweat the hair it's over rated anyway. At least that's what I tell myself, lol.

Breakfast- 1 cup of oatmeal ( added blueberries to it after I took the pic), 6 strips of turkey bacon, 3/4 cup of egg whites and a glass of milk

I also had a 2 scoop shake with 1/2 cup of egg whites in it after my workout. Plus I've had a 100% all natural protein bar with almond butter on it. I will have Banana Nut cereal in a minute and a Casein shake before bed. Yeah buddy lets get it

Sometime in the next few days ill sit down and figure out the nutrtional value of all this because i will be eating a lot more of it through out this cycle.

Im OCD about my cals and protein. If I dont see a certain number on paper at the end of each day i get pissed. You wouldn't like me pissed...

Yeah I've been doing a good job tracking it to but today was one hell of a meal prep day and I had a lot going on. I'll get it all figured out by Tuesday. I have on paper EXCATLY what I need to eat and EXCATLY what time to eat it at with all the numbers. I'll get it posted in the next day or two.
 
Now if I can just find some damn rice cakes. Costco doesn't have them and my local store was sold out of the brand I eat

I'd love to start doing 135lb skull crushers again, shit KILLS my elbows though..

Yeah mine to. I havnt used the bar in months. I've been doing them on the cable machine with the V-bar for a while now. I like to do lite weight with lots of slow reps but now that I'm doing yalls FST-7 I need to go heavy with fewer reps till I get to my sets of 7-10s
