Odie- make friends with your butcher at costco. Ask him for a bag of the USDA prime strap. It's a huge chunk of meat that's PERFECT for cutting into steaks (smaller pieces for stir fry, or whatever). And it's only $5.95/lb (or so, I can't rememember exactly) and the flavor/marbling is insane!

I also second the previous poster's comment on the Kirkland Greek yogurt, it's really tasty!

Cool thanks bud. I'll check it out when I go back this week. I under estimated how long my egg whites would last me and I need to go back.

Yeah, I buy a ton of them there. Also, their PB2 is really cheap there. Their hardboiled eggs rock too, not much flavor, but insane convenience for the price.
 
Also, their grass fed ground beef is awesome. I live at Costco and Trader Joe's. Between the two, I can get about 95% of my diet.
 
Can i throw in an oftopic question ?

I have been 2 times in the usa. Both times NYC. The prices there killed me. Even in the bronx supermarkets the prices there are 2-3 times higher than here in germany. I mean we pay 70 Cent for 10 Eggs. Same Price for a liter of milk.

Im sure NYC is much more expensive than other states/cities of the us ? I couldnt effort a real bulking diet there :D

How much do you pay for chicken breast? Beef, like Filets or Strip? Per pound.
 
Fucking Odie gonna get swolaphobitis !!! I am in for the ride brother. The TUT tempo stuff is damn good. Like you say it takes some time getting used to. Do you incorporate drop sets or failure sets w/ these?

Are you still deadlifting somewhat heavy? This is in IMHO the best core/strength/size building exercise there is.

Diet looks excellent, too much dairy for me however I do love it when not cutting weight.

You said 700 mg tren per week in previous cycle. I have heard that some UGL tren a is comparable to Fplex. I honestly don't know. I guess it would depend on the lab, but if you brewed the pellets, then there is no doubt...you know what you have !

Time to get swole bro ! Make sure you are mentally prepared for your blast as well. Your mental state can make all the difference in the world between success and disaster.

What are your end goals as far as stats ?

You know, thats where you go first as a tourist. It was very nice but i have enough seen there.

Atm im planning a 4 week trip from east to west with my dad. This will be great.

That is maybe the dumbest fucking thing I ever did hear. As much as your shit kicker ass would like to believe Texas, or any other shitkicking hillbilly state you live in or love, is representative of the United states maybe remember where the country started.
