Tennis & Golfers Elbow is why I dont have bigger biceps , I had to stop hitting them as hard as Id like a few yrs back because the tendonitis was crazy pain .
No more straight bars w/ over 120lbs ,
No more heavy preacher benches . Only thing I do now is maintance w/ a 80-100lb H-bar and EZ-bar , and DB curls and con curls . It sucks , and Ive been thru all the P/T work .
Take it easy on them , once you break so many micro-tendons its hard to comeback without surgery .
