Good looking lift.

I'd recommend dropping any stimulants, caffeine increases blood pressure, and you're already on roids. No need to jack it up higher.

If you like the preworkouts just get a non stim.

I think its more of a mind thing. I know once I drink that fruity drink pulling out of the office parking lot that theres no turning back.

Yeah I went a little different on bench today. Trying to get my numbers up. It killed the rest of my workout though. I went a lot lighter on every thing else then I usually do, partly to do with my elbow and lower back though.
 
Lower back is a bitch. Some times I feel like throwing myself off a three story building hoping I will land just right and my back will feel good again. Sigh dreams
I banged out 12 reps of 550 on the deadlift last year, went walk away and almost fell on my face. I was so jacked I hyperextend my back at the top of my lift and fucked some shit up. I couldn't hardly bend to sit on the toilet for three days. A week of Ibuprofen and a couple trips to the Chiro, I could get back in the gym. Ever since then, my lower back will hurt out of nowhere sometimes. It's never when I lift but I'll be at home and just bend over to grap something and almost fall over. Take care of that lower back cause once it's fucked up, youll never be the same.
 
Thanks brother. Honestly I feel like shit unless I'm in the gym and I'm even starting to feel it in there too. Being under 10% BF feels horrible. I don't see how some of yAll do it.

That's why I laugh when I hear people say they walk around all year in single digits. I spent 3 month under 10% and about 4 days around 6% and could barely get out of bed
 
A whole scoop of mr Hyde while on Tren? That would be suicide for me. Half a scoop when I'm off cycle was sometimes a bit too much. I don't touch it when the Tren is in full swing. I'd be afraid I would stroke out right in the gym.

Been taking pre-workouts for years. Even took 4 scoops of c4 on my last tren run at 700mgs a week with no problems.( it was UGL crap though) Ive been taking 1 scoop of mr.hyde for around 2 months with no problems but this last week has been to much. Plus I'm on green coffee bean pills, Nician, B-complex and B12 shots. Yep Im tweaking out my damn mind man. As soon as I start seeing shadow people out the corner of my eye I'm going back to rehab. jk I'm dropping the pre workout after today
 
Try tren, 2cc tne, 1 scoop of Hyde!!

I was 4% my freshman year during wrestling season. I almost passed out if I missed a meal. My old man was a POS, made me starve and dump water weight with garbage bags the day of weigh-ins. I felt like shit and was weak at times. I lost matches because of it. I was so much stronger than the piss ants in my weight class but because I was supposed to be two more classes above them. Fuck all that noise.
 
Taking an extra rest day today. Its killing me to, I wanna lift some iron. But I need to give my lower back one more day to heal before I work it and have y'all turned on the weather channel and seen whats going on here in TX? Yep, so I'll be on the couch if anyone needs me.

Looks nasty. Had my power knocked out early this morning. Just about an hr, but it doesn't take long to miss it....about 5mins, 10mins max. lol
 
It's not just TX. Relatives back home are getting the crazy flooding too. In fact they got a tornado recently too which is very rare.

I think the world is coming to and end...

Look into an inversion table for your back and hips. It can be a lifesaver. A cheaper option is to use bands to hold yourself upside down from a monolift or power rack
