Good looking lift.
I'd recommend dropping any stimulants, caffeine increases blood pressure, and you're already on roids. No need to jack it up higher.
If you like the preworkouts just get a non stim.
I think its more of a mind thing. I know once I drink that fruity drink pulling out of the office parking lot that theres no turning back.
Yeah I went a little different on bench today. Trying to get my numbers up. It killed the rest of my workout though. I went a lot lighter on every thing else then I usually do, partly to do with my elbow and lower back though.
