You'll do well in the meet for bench, but definitely need to work on the squat and dead. I hit 500 on bench but my squat is my best lift by far. I wish my deadlift could keep pace.

You need to key in on a powerlifting style of training though. Your compound movements need to be in the 1-6 range most of the time. There is much more involved than that of course, but that will get you prepared for doing 90% of max on a weekly basis.

Nah Im really not that cocky. I really do appreciate all the kind words and wished I worked a job where I could get a coach and have a routine but I can't. Not with what I do for a living. Maybe one day soon though, Im working on a fews things that will keep me from having to travel for work
But you still are one crazy mofo though ;)
 
My numbers will get there on squat and dead lifts. As soon as I get back from vacation I'll be going to more of a PL style routine. Also I found out that I can train with the local high school PLing team for free. haha I'm serious and I think Im going to. They have a bad ass gym and its free to the community 3 nights a week.

The good thing about powerlifting bro, when you commit to it, you can eat this more often :). That's probably why I did it for so long, I am just now starting to come off my forever bulk. I competed in every weight class from 165 to 220 because I ate whatever I wanted lol.
 
Today has turned out to be one hell of a food day

*10 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal with almond butter in it, 1 banana, 2 chocolate chip pancakes and a glass of dark chocolate almond milk


*Turkey Speggetti with protein noodles

*8oz steak with mashed red potatoes

* 54 gram protein shake

and its only 2pm

Lower back is killing me today. Came home and got the GF and dog to walk on my back. Well actually the dog walked on my face as the GF got on my back. Couldn't get it to pop or relieve the tension. May have to go see my Chiropractor friend.

I got really tired and winded today really quick. The only thing that kept me going is that big mother fucker I kept seeing in the mirror.

I will probably no longer work delts. They are starting to give me serious pain. Also I didn't do FST-7 today because I just didn't have it in me. Head aches are getting worse daily. Im having blood work this week and then I'm donating.

Fina and my pre-work out drink is becoming to much. Its got me feeling like Im tweaking. I hate leaving the gym and always looking over my shoulder. Also its fucking with my mind man. I swear people are gathering in groups and laughing at me in the gym. Fucking ate up and I hate it. I didn't get sober to feel like this shit. Im only taking one scoop of Mr. Hyde and I've been doing that for 3 months but this last week its been intense.
 
Whoa there you need to slow your roll a bit then. That's some crazy shit I haven't thought about in awhile. You really shouldn't need the prework out with that fina anyway.
I can assure you one is laughing at you, if anything they want to be you. Maybe cut back a touch on the fina too?

I'm on prop right now with a little dymethazine. And I take the hyde too. I had a surprise visit to the doc and my BP was off the charts. Since I couldn't say what was really going on I ended up getting a Rx for bp medicine...
 
Good looking lift.

I'd recommend dropping any stimulants, caffeine increases blood pressure, and you're already on roids. No need to jack it up higher.

If you like the preworkouts just get a non stim.
